The stay was incredible! Everything that was in the ad was real, like, all clean, organized and safe. Thalita is super good people, the place is perfect, close to everything, and the house is a cuteness, mega comfortable. We loved everything, you even wanted to live there. Super cozy! You can walk to the center, like, 10 minutes. There is everything close: market, bakery, pharmacy, Casas Bahia, Americanas... everything we need! The house has all the necessary utensils, including airflyer. The Hosts are super attentive too, even left us some delicious rosquinahs, very kind of that.! Worth too much! You helped make our trip amazing! The house is even more beautiful in person than in the pictures. Congratulations

The house is exactly like the photos, it is brand new, including furniture and utensils. The mattress is very new and comfortable and the bed and bath linens are premium line. Spotlight for cleanliness, impeccable! I'll be back for sure! Thanks to Stella and team!

the house is cozy, excellent. as the pictures show. it is large , great rooms with fan and air conditioning. clean kitchen with everything you need, the backyard is beautiful,brings a calm peace, a good pool. and Zenaide a dear, very friendly, polite, answered whenever I needed. We have everything, and is close to the beach doa sapê which is a peaceful beautiful beach. We will always return

We host very close to 2 beaches - Tenório and Praia Grande... close to barzinhos, restaurants, supermarket and pharmacy, easy access to carnival , very attentive host all the time... super recommend and return to host,

Great stay. Perfect for a couple and with a wonderful view. Well-equipped kitchen and communication was great. When we needed it, we were promptly attended to.

Good place to stay in Ubatuba.

House 13 is super cozy, organized and clean. It features cooking utensils and barbecue. Nice and clean pool, I loved it. It was me, my husband and our niece(child) and the house super met our needs and expectations. It has a good location, being close to the beach, supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants and etc. Bairro bemossegado. The host Andrea is very cordial, leaving us at will. Thanks so much, we really like the days we spend in your house, as soon as possible we want to come back more times!

Super pleasant apartment and the condominium with wonderful leisure area! The kitchen with new utensils and everything very clean. Air conditioning functioned perfectly. The barbecue hood does not work very well, but nothing that prevents you from making a beach barbecue. Raiane and Rosana super friendly helped us with all the questions!

By far this is one of the most paid off Airbnb! The Super Helpful Host helped us with all the questions, very polite our stay was fantastic, I recommend this House , great location , we were able to get to know the main beaches close to everything. We had a great stay, the house was clean and according to the photos and description. The clean pool and the house exceeded our expectations. Cláudio gave us great suggestions of places, provided full support and showed attention, quick and very helpful response, sent to deliver a delicious cake that surprised everyone in the family, we will surely come back more often.

Before we even arrived, he contacted us to make it easier for us to check in, he told us good restaurants next to the apartment, when we arrived she was already waiting for us. Your apartment is very comfortable, large and well ventilated, easy access to and from the beach. It was all very clean and organized. It has good rooms, comfortable beds, bathroom with good showers and a great volume of water, fridge, oven and very good stove. Big Smartv, good internet, all working well. The swimming pool and sauna were not even used,they were available as well. We didn't lack anything, we were at home. I recommend this apartment and TB to host. You can rent without fear.

Sensational cost benefit!! The best was our neighborhood we were lucky... Just families, which was very top of our coexistence! For those looking for a nice place as an affordable value... It's worth it!!

The house is beautifully located, super close to the historic center of Paraty and very easy to find. The house is clean and airy and we love the kitchen with all the utensils and appliances needed to prepare our coffee and meals. Michelle is very quiet to contact, has given all the information and has always been available. We have nothing to complain about and the house has become our point when we visit Paraty again.

I absolutely adored my stay! The airbnb was so cozy and welcoming, the decor gives such a peaceful vibe. The outside patio area is perhaps the most stunning place to just relax, read book, or enjoy a meal at the table. I booked this place to celebrate my 25th birthday with a solo trip. Safety, comfort, and the location were my biggest priorities and this place delivered above and beyond my expectations on all three. Dona Nice helped me the check-in and check-out and she is the most lovely and kind person. She was so flexible and helpful when I explained that I'd be arriving later than expected. Great communication and hospitality!! I am definitely planning on coming again because I adored exploring Ubatuba and getting to come back to such a beautiful and relaxing place at the end of the day. I'm so glad that I spent the weekend here, this has definitely been my favorite airbnb stay! Thank you so much :)

The house is wonderful and spacious, very clean, lots of flowers, garden well cared for, if you notice the care you have with the place and with the host that you are receiving. When activated, they were fast and helpful. Thank you for the reception and intend to return soon.

I traveled with my girlfriend and had an amazing stay at Fausto's house during Carnival. The house is exactly as in the pictures: simple, cozy and very nice. The balcony is too hot. Fausto was an exceptional host, very helpful from the first contact. He answered all our questions, gave great tips for tours and beaches in the area, and even helped us carry the bags at 3:30 am when we arrived. The house has everything you need to cook, and we take the opportunity to make all our meals there. We buy fresh fish with the fishermen there from the village. Picinguaba is a quiet getaway, even at Carnival. The only issue was the parking difficulty, since the village is small and has few spots, but nothing that hindered the experience. I highly recommend the stay for those looking for peace and a charming place close to nature. I will definitely return. Valeu, Fausto!
