The Stephany house is very good, well maintained, wide and airy, a large yard with grass and well clean. The location of the house is great, very close to the beach. I didn't meet Stephany in person, but her father was always available if we needed it. We love the place and we will definitely be back again.

Super complete and huge house, there are a lot of people. Safe neighborhood, good for families and quiet friends, for parties I do not indicate because the neighborhood is residential, and can get in the way of the neighbors. Well-equipped kitchen with many utensils, there was nothing missing when cooking. Many outdoor environments to enjoy, with decorations that make us comfortable.

We went in 11 and the house accommodates a lot of people very well and has a great cost benefit! The land is very large and the "common area" of the house is very large as well. We like it very much!

Staying at Silvia's apartment was the best decision we made! The location is perfect (just across the street), the condominium structure is very organized, clean and beautiful. The ease of check-in, access with Face ID in the condominium and with the electronic lock in the apartment made all the difference in practicality! The apartment is great! It was clean, organized, has large closets that facilitate organization, the kitchen is super complete, air-conditioned environments and very good bed and bath linens… Silvia was super helpful, responsive and a sweetheart!! A super host indeed! We highly recommend it!

Our stay at the house was excellent. We loved it from the start - it's very comfortable and comes with everything you need for a perfect vacation. The pool is as shown in the pictures, ideal for relaxing and refreshing. In addition, the location is very convenient, just four blocks from the beach, which allows you to walk without any problem. The host was very nice and attentive throughout our stay, always ready to respond to our requirements quickly and cordially. Definitely a highly recommended experience. We would definitely go back!

The only bad part was having to come away! Wonderful house, the pool then? you don't even talk! It is very close to the beach, close to the markets, all easy access, super recommend! The accommodations are great and as advertised. The property is well located for those who go to work, with restaurants, supermarkets and bus stops nearby. The host was attentive and responded to requests promptly! I'll just point out one thing for guests looking for longer stays: the accommodation does not offer cleaning products and supplies.

It was a great stay Great location, very quiet place and to go to the beach by foot, very close! Market and restaurant also, and is on the side of Jurerê for those who want. The Daniela beach is especially great for families with children. The house provides everything for great family days, I recommend!
