Excellent waterfront home facing Caminho de Moisés, with a garage for two cars, four bedrooms all with air conditioning, a barbecue area, and a balcony with a wonderful view of the ocean and Caminho de Moisés. The house is about 10 metres from the sea and close to the most popular spots in Maragogi. The house is very close to markets, bakeries, and restaurants—an excellent option for those who don't want to be driving around.
