Family-friendly vacation rentals in Praia Xareu

Mr. Fernando is always available, proactive, received us personally, we have not had any setbacks with the residence. Only lack of alignments with staff of the house, but quickly resolved by Mr. Fernando. I have been with family, elderly people and children, the residence serves everyone, with the ease of being standing in the sand, has a suite downstairs that caters to those who have difficulty climbing and descending stairs. I recommend the residence!

The stay was very quiet, the condominium is very beautiful and the beach is great for bathing. As we had a rented car, everything we needed was close by (on foot it would be a little more difficult). I missed covers and didn't know they weren't included (sheets only), but the host clarified that they could be provided at an additional cost. The refrigerator was not working well, but the host promptly called a technician and solved the problem quickly.

Super gentler hosts and ready to help with anything you need. They guided me in everything I needed. I highly recommend and will be back soon. Congratulations on the site. 👏👏👏👏👏

Our stay was wonderful, super pleasant place,waterfront, we did not use the car for nothing ,everything very close,restaurants,Vila do Padre Arlindo. Mr. Astropolo was super helpful,always at the disposal I highly recommend your lodging.

The days at Ivan's house were excellent!!!! My family and I were surprised by the architecture of the house, all in very good taste, spacious and comfortable rooms! The kitchen space and the utensils met our needs perfectly!!! The dining table is beautiful! The swimming pool near the barbecue, several tables, chairs and hammocks were essential to ensure leisure comfort. The air-conditioned rooms work perfectly well. Only pointing out that the sea in the front is a little bravio, it is not so good for bathing (especially children), but great for hiking contemplating the island of Santo Alexo on the horizon. We even took a day out of our holiday to get to know the island and we had an amazing experience, I recommend the tour! I only have compliments to make, the days we spent there were incredible and Ivan gave all the support.

The house is in the very safe and quiet spot. A good place for those who want to rest. It is also close to the center, where we find everything we need. Nor did I miss the beach of Carneiro, which is also close. The host is very helpful. We would definitely return.

We love the stay. The house is on the sand, on a beautiful, quiet and little bustling beach even at the time of New Year's Eve. And nearby, to dining options. Very good for those who, like us, travel with children. The house has 4 comfortable suites, a swimming pool and a barbecue pit.

The apartments are very comfortable and super equipped, we didn't miss anything. The ideal place to enjoy as a family.

the only bad thing about staying in the armado house is that an hour is over, and we get the house is a warmth, the house is a warmth, to note that each item of the environment has been carefully placed so that the guest has wonderful days, with absolutely everything they need and beyond, from great bedding, to bicycles available to wander around. one of the great differentials, for me, was that the house has baby items, such as crib and food chair, which greatly facilitated our stay there. all this would already make the armado house a perfect place, but I can't help but emphasize the promptness of the monique, always irreparable, serving us in everything we need. were great days, we want to go back!

The house is located in a condominium foot in the sand, direct access to the beach, quiet and safe. the Beach is amazing. Very well decorated, very comfortable. next to the condominium we found a very good beach bar, market and great restaurants nearby. We love your stay with Thiago. We'll be back for sure!

I loved being once again in the warmth of the happy place, Francilene is always very attentive and your Josias is always very welcoming and helpful. It has become a tradition to spend the holidays in this beautiful place, I will come back more often!

Our stay was wonderful, the house super cozy, we arrived and the housekeeper was waiting for us to give explanations about the house, super friendly, I needed a person to cook and Cláudia indicated the housekeeper's wife, Eliane, wonderful, super good people with us. Clean pool, wonderful housefront Mar, the house is in front of the natural pool, 5 minutes walking when the tide is low. We are sure to come back more often. Super cozy and pleasant atmosphere!!!

Simply exceptional, above-average lodging. House for 3 couples, fully equipped, air-conditioned and with wonderful details on the structure Clevis himself designed. Clevis was extremely helpful, respectful and careful, a wonderful Alagoan who loves to serve Alagoans, like us. Rarity in times of tourism for foreigners. The house is also very close to the beach, both to the trendiest stretch of Porto da Rua, and to more paradisiacal sections. It also has market, pharmacy and nearby restaurants. We are all enchanted and spend unforgettable days.

The stay at Cleverson's place was excellent! He was always attentive and helpful, providing all the necessary information for a smooth check-in. The house is very comfortable and well located. My mother and her friends were extremely satisfied with the accommodation, praising the cleanliness, comfort and organization of the space.

Ricardo is an excellent host and who has always been available. The house is very good and very close to an excellent stretch for bathing. We spent Christmas on site and everything went well.

The house is very good, it is well located and easy to find, nearby it is possible to find grocery stores, pharmacies, lotteries, a restaurant (only open at night), a pizzeria, a snack bar and a church. It had all the utensils for cooking and barbecue. We were in a group of 13 people and we settled in very well. In short, we liked it very much.

Very nice place, worth every minute there. Excellent to go with family and friends.
