I can't even describe how amazing our stay was! We went to celebrate the company's end of the year! We arrived, there was a beautiful basket to welcome us. With the host's recommendation, we hired a girl to cook for us! We arrived and everything was ready. The house was impeccably clean and organized. It's literally on the beach street. It didn't take us 5 minutes to get to the waterfront. Very cozy and pleasant house. At all times, the host responded to messages and answered questions. She recommended, in addition to the cook, some tours that were amazing. We can only thank you! Our employees loved it too! The only negative point was that the pool man didn't come to clean the pool on Saturday/Sunday, but we managed to use it anyway. Otherwise, everything was a 10! We will definitely be back and recommend it without a doubt. It's 2h/2:30 from the airport, but we took transfers that she recommended and it was amazing. I leave my admiration here.

The days at Ivan's house were excellent!!!! My family and I were surprised by the architecture of the house, all in very good taste, spacious and comfortable rooms! The kitchen space and the utensils met our needs perfectly!!! The dining table is beautiful! The swimming pool near the barbecue, several tables, chairs and hammocks were essential to ensure leisure comfort. The air-conditioned rooms work perfectly well. Only pointing out that the sea in the front is a little bravio, it is not so good for bathing (especially children), but great for hiking contemplating the island of Santo Alexo on the horizon. We even took a day out of our holiday to get to know the island and we had an amazing experience, I recommend the tour! I only have compliments to make, the days we spent there were incredible and Ivan gave all the support.

Casa Coroa Grande is a real jewel next to the beach that combines comfort, style and impeccable hospitality. With a huge built-up area, the house offers five spacious bedrooms, each more beautiful than the other, equipped with double box beds, single and even bunks, accommodating up to 16 people in total comfort. The modern and at the same time rustic and praiana decoration has a welcoming atmosphere. In addition we made a top barbecue in the barbecue area and balcony. The kitchen is complete, has Wi-Fi, Smart TV with access to various streaming apps, fridge and freezer, ensuring practicality and convenience during the stay. The large backyard, adorned with garden and a swimming pool, provided a quiet and safe environment where it was possible to swim and play! Host Filipe stands out for attention and dedication, providing a unique experience!! Were moments of leisure and also of praise and worship of God that we spent with friends in the beautiful Great Crown House!

The house is perfect, even more perfect than in the photos ..I would like to leave my thanks to Gilda, and the girls who took care of the house when we were there, that wonderful and delicious breakfast, we received very well, the food from chef Guilhermina is of the gods. The cleaning of the house is what caught me a lot of attention, limpissima . The house very well munitoradara for 24 hr cameras I feel very safe, I am thinking of coming back in 2 years, the only thing left to be desired was the roads but I was told that the airport is ready in 2026 . this will help a lot for those who don't want to hit the road. I want to thank you so much for the wonderful reception, feel at home. i will return if God willing. All Gilda's recommendations were perfect. A tip ,read the notes Gilda leaves in all the rooms for leisure tips and restaurants, are worth it ! A word for everything you live in Maragogi and Gilda's house, (Fantastic ) i made a dream to see this place .

We love the stay, the house is according to the photos, rooms and bathrooms super comfortable and clean. Although the house is a little warm, as we are in a beach environment, the leisure area supplies itself very well, super pleasant. Very close to the beach, where we find bars and also close to sellers that meet the needs. Tranquil and solicit neighborhood. Just like, the Host super requests and responds to any needs on time. I highly recommend it!

Estadia very good as it has: fast communication with the host; gated condominium, securely and facilitated our late check-in; an excellent employee in the house; indication of a great cook. All the guests felt great in the house. The condominium is close to Acquaventura, a water park in Praia dos Carneiros.

This triplex is amazing, a super cozy place to stay. It's worth it because the city doesn't have so much to do at night, so the stay at the house turns out to be a great option for use. The host was super considerate from the start. It's not close to many things, but to know miracles you'll have to drive anyway, so if you go by car to enjoy it a lot.

The house is better than in the photos. Excellent, attentive, kind hosts. All the utensils and rooms in the house were impeccable, super comfortable beds, silent air-conditioning, always clean pool, dish towels, impeccable bed linens, rooms with total black-out and the pampering of the chairs, umbrella, frescobol and cooler to take to the beach are great. The nearby beach is clean, with transparent and warm waters, and with delicious regional cuisine (a point for the Grande Lau Restaurant). Near the house you will find everything: markets, beverage distributors, charcoal, barbecue meats, bakery, pharmacy... anyway! For those looking for comfortable accommodation, attentive hosts and convenience, on an almost paradisiacal beach, it's here, for sure! I hope to come back every year and stay longer. House is exactly as described in the photos, all very clean and cozy. We were in 10 people and the house behaved all perfectly and comfortably. The place is extremely pleasant and the house is very close to the beach, which is wonderful and very quiet. The owner gave us all the information about the site, making several valuable indications. The breakfast served in the common area is very tasty, with lots of fruits, breads and cake. The site's team is very attentive and the manager (tb Andreia) was very kind and helped us immensely, making no effort to help with anything. I highly recommend the property!

The house is very well located. It has a nearby waterfront with a playground, public market, supermarket, restaurants, ice cream parlor and the beach is in front. The bath was lovely. We missed a fan and it was readily available. The house and furniture, as a whole, are more rustic, but it was enough to make the days pleasant with the family. Great value for money. Alexandre is a great host!

Holiday for rest with family and friends. The place was perfect. Beach of calm and warm waters. Boa tb for walks. Bungalow overlooking the sea, and close to all the comforts of the condominium. The hostess indicated to us a diarist, Luana, who cooks very well, and was always very helpful.

Our experience was simply amazing, exceeding all expectations! The place is even more beautiful than in the pictures, with a quiet and quite private atmosphere, a few steps from the sand — really a perfect getaway. A special highlight goes for breakfast, always fresh. Mr. Juliano was exceptional in his hospitality: helpful and always willing to help with whatever was needed. Undoubtedly, a place we recommend with our eyes closed and we want to return to!
