House vacation rentals in Přední Výtoň

We enjoyed the days with Angelika and her family on the farm very much. Above all, the opportunity to be able to play outside and jump trampoline was particularly enjoyed by the kids, so we were just in the yard for two days on our four-day trip. The kids were also allowed to ride the ponies, feed sheep and chickens, and even help out in the pasture when work was up. Thanks for the nice days :)!

We spent the weekend as a group of 10 people. The accommodation by Veronika is perfect for this. You have a lot of space, a hot tub, a lake, and a fireplace in the living room. Additionally, it's only 10 minutes away from České Budějovice, which also offers a lot of opportunities. The only negative aspect about the apartment was the radiator which was too loud during the night. After talking to Veronika about it, she quickly came over and turned it off. Thanks for that! :)

We absolutely loved our stay in the house. It felt like a home away from home. Gabriela provided lots of information and quickly responded to any question we had. The area is so peaceful and there is lots to see and do. Thank you Gabriela and Sona!

We felt comfortable from the first moment. Nice contact with the family. Everything that was needed was available. On the terrace there was a gas grill at our disposal. Sun loungers available in large numbers. Even a bike shed was offered to us for our bikes. Anytime we would rent this house again!!!! It was a successful holiday!!!

We felt very comfortable. The stairs are very steep and with the children at night a bit more challenging for the toilet trip, but otherwise there are many play opportunities and toys for the little ones.

A super chalet with mega views, a mega beautiful view of the mountains with really pure and great air. For people who want to enjoy complete peace and quiet, it's the best option. We enjoyed our stay in Weyerbach very much. The house is comfortable, modern, spacious and rather well equipped, perfect for a quiet and relaxing holiday. The surroundings also lend themselves well to bike tours. Small complaints were immediately answered and resolved, the owners are very kind and helpful. The sauna and wine cellar (in the photos) were not accessible, but we didn't need it. The price for a week is certainly relatively high, but since we booked last minute, we were very satisfied. We recommend it!

Our stay with Matthias was just great! He was super friendly, always available and really took care of everything – he even got us an oyster knife. Already in advance, he provided us with great restaurant tips and informed us about delivery options. Even the offer to bring ordered food to the cabin shows how attentive and helpful he is. The place itself was clean, rustic, and at the same time perfectly equipped. But the absolute highlight was definitely the private sauna and the hot tub! Relaxing there after a long day was simply unbeatable. The cottage offers absolute privacy in the middle of a breathtaking backdrop – pure nature! And the starry sky? Just amazing! We have rarely seen it so clearly and impressively. We would recommend everyone to book these extras – it's absolutely worth it! Beautiful family accommodation. Everything is very high quality, clean and cozy. You could easily move in here. The kitchen is well equipped, the beds comfortable and the sauna great. We were three families with a total of 5 children and the house was a perfect size for us. There are also many opportunities to do something nearby. The communication with Petra was also great, always quick and helpful. Thank you for the very nice vacation! We will be happy to come back.

Felix was a great host! Even though we were late and had to leave, he left us the keys, he greeted us the next morning and gave us a lot of tips about the neighborhood, he showed her girlfriend the horse on his property and was always available, kind and helpful. KernAlm's house is the perfect place to get out of the city, lots of space in a beautiful place with amazing views of forests, horses. Amazing peace and getting up everyday to the sounds of birds, complete darkness and silence at night. We can only recommend and will be happy to come back. :-)

We spent 10 days of summer vacation here House is very exceptional! The roof terrace was the highlight for us! The location of the house just down the road first irritated us a bit, but we were mostly on the road during the day and still felt comfortable. Beds were very comfortable. In the village there is a bakery, café and Edeka, which is very convenient. You are also quickly in Passau and there are many nearby excursion destinations. We had a great holiday overall. Jochen was a very nice host.

This was one of our best experiences: David and his family are wonderful hosts—always attentive, generous, and welcoming. The apartment is cozy, well-equipped, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We can wholeheartedly recommend it. We came to explore the Bohemian region and to trace some family roots, and David and his family were incredibly helpful throughout. His guidance and recommendations were invaluable and spot-on. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

We felt very comfortable in the house! We were there as a family and it was great to have our own garden with barbecue and space. everything was super clean and everything worked - just like it can be seen in the pictures. You definitely need a car, as the village is far from a shot. a small kiosk by the lake is open in the evening and invites a sundowner. All in all highly recommend and the host was also totally nice! We have stayed at many Airbnbs over the years but this has been one of the most special. An attractive, clean and tidy family home, with wonderful grassy garden space comprising a large veranda, outdoor seating, large trampoline, and an exceptional swimming pool. All set in a peaceful rural environment, with woods and endless walking, running or cycling on the doorstep. The house is perfect for families or those seeking tranquility, with or without a mix of physical activity. Other highlights include Moorea the friendly cat, the garden fire pit, fruit and vegetables from the garden, the incredible night sky, and the spooky, autonomous lawn robot that comes out at night ;) Bad Leonfelden centre or nearby supermarkets are a convenient 10 min walk. We were welcomed by Thomas's attentive and friendly dad who also took care of the pool. Thomas himself responded instantly to any enquiries we had. It has been a memorable stay in your beautiful family home, Thomas. Thank you!

Top accommodation, right on the lake and very nice views. Quiet location to relax and lots of privacy. Can only recommend coming back in any case!! :)
