Die gemütliche Wohnung (43 qm) mit eigenem Eingang befindet sich im 1. Stock eines denkmalgeschützten Hofes in Laufnähe zum Simssee. Der Hof befindet sich im Riederinger Ortsteil Beuerberg direkt an der Hauptstraße Richtung Prien am Chiemsee. Der Wohnraum mit Küchenzeile und Schlafcouch ist durch eine offene Treppe mit dem Schlafbereich (Doppelbett) verbunden (keine Tür). Der große Garten mit Sitzgelegenheiten kann mitgenutzt werden. E-bikes können gegen Gebühr ausgeliehen werden.

Unser liebevolles Haus mit Wohlfühlgarten liegt in absolut ruhiger Idylle mit Blick auf die Kampenwand und lädt ein sich vom stressigen Alltag zu erholen. In nur 5 Gehminuten erreicht man das Chiemsee Strandbad. Vor der Haustüre befinden sich sehr gut ausgebaute Rad- und Wanderwege in die Felder und Moore. Kinder sind herzlich willkommen und genießen diverse Freizeitangebote, wie z.B. Bauernhofbesuche. Wir stehen unseren Gästen mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Bitte sprechen Sie uns an.

Lovingly furnished 38 sqm apartment located directly on Lake Tegernsee in St. Quirin. The newly furnished apartment is the ideal starting point for exploring Lake Tegernsee. A swimming beach is located across the street. On foot you can reach our local mountain, the Neureuth and the Tegernsee high trail. The apartment offers a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living area and an adjoining bedroom. A large south-east balcony with views of the lake and mountains invites you to linger.

Enjoy a memorable visit when you stay in this unique place. It is located in the middle of the recreational area of the city of Salzburg and is surrounded by several small lakes (including a free swimming lake). Although a small piece outside the center, you are with the trolleybus (15-minute intervals) within 15 minutes (without changing) in the middle of the old town or center of Salzburg. The exhibition center and the Salzburg Arena are only 1 km from the apartment.

The room in a renovated old building from 1933 can be reached via several uneven stairs, is in the center of Tegernsee and yet quiet. It is particularly suitable for those who are on a hike, bike ride, wedding or passing through. You are in this cozy room with an integrated new bathroom for you. The mattress of the 1.40 m x 2 m bed has been replaced and renewed. There is deliberately no TV. Enjoy your stay overlooking the lake and mountains.

Seekitz vacation home - very close to the lake!

The Seekitz apartment is our apartment directly on the lake (350 m). Right outside the door you will find a variety of restaurants (Italian, Bavarian, steakhouse, burger and more), as well as the possibility to walk on the shore path, by bike to explore the lake or area, as well as the climbing forest or the possibility to take the e-boat on the lake itself. (NO boating license required!) Bike cellar and underground parking in the house.

Studio by the Lake, 60 m²

Studio by the Lake Large private studio with terrace. 4 minute walk to the lake. The studio was intentionally designed to provide wide space for thought, reflection and movement. Oak floors in the living space and heated tile in the bathroom. Very quiet area with a peaceful view. There is a private terrace overlooking a meadow and the lake with a path, that leads you to the lake. Bathroom has a bathtub for two and separate shower.

In the immediate vicinity you can go jogging, go boating on Lake Tegernsee and take extensive walks on the lake promenade or hiking tours.

Enjoy your vacation in the circus trailer on our property. In front of the circus trailer there is a "small garden" with two seats that can be used depending on the condition. We live on the outskirts of Breitbrunn, about 800 m from Lake Chiemsee. This can also be reached quickly on foot on beautiful paths. Breitbrunn is a small village surrounded by meadows, forests and lakes.

The holiday apartment is located in a small residential complex on the first floor. The apartment includes an underground parking space. In the yard, next to the entrance to the house there is a covered bicycle stand as well as a bicycle cellar which is accessible via a ramp. From October to May also affordable to rent monthly.
