You can explore Lake Chiemsee, the mountains and the adjacent nature reserve nearby via wonderful cycling and hiking trails. Good bus and train connections. Not far from Salzburg and Munich! In nur 5 Gehminuten erreicht man das Chiemsee Strandbad. Vor der Haustüre befinden sich sehr gut ausgebaute Rad- und Wanderwege in die Felder und Moore. Because it is located in a residential area, it is very quiet without through traffic. The nearest highway entrance (Munich-Salzburg/Kufstein A8) is only about 4 km away. From here you can start hiking and biking right away. The bike path is 1 minute away, the swimming pool 5 minutes' walk
