Vacation rentals with beach access in Principina a Mare

Simonetta's apartment is well furnished and it has everything you need. The location is great, close to the beach in a beautiful street with cafes and shops. Simonetta was very warm, helpful and easily accessible. We really enjoyed our stay in Marino di Campo.

Flora's place is perfectly as described, the parking space is very convenient and two minutes from the free beach! In addition, Flora is a very kind and very helpful person, she met us in everything. It was like being in your own home. Highly recommended.

The accommodation was as described and it really has everything your heart desires. Check-in was super easy and communication with the host was very straightforward at all. She was very helpful and also helped us so we could park on site. We already knew the surroundings, it is just beautiful between the sea and the forest. ☀️

i was at this house for the Elba trail with 2 friends. Very comfortable as a location, on foot a few minutes you are in the center and on the beach. The house has internal parking, and it is spacious and clean inside and with all the comforts. Ultra-equipped kitchen already including all condiments, coffee, sugar, tea, herbal teas. The same for the bathroom with soap and all the cleaning detergents. The host Serena and her mother Rita were perfect and very kind! Thank you, I hope to be back soon!!!!

We had a very nice stay! Communication with the owner was excellent: Very friendly, helpful and straightforward. The apartment is very spacious and very lovingly furnished and designed, just as shown in the photos. The cleanliness of the apartment was good overall. In the area there is everything you need for a wonderful vacation: You only have to cross one road to get to the beach, there are many good restaurants, shops and a very nice jetty for strolling nearby. There is also a lot of interesting things to see in the surrounding area if you value a quiet and relaxed ambience. Due to the location within a complex of higher residential buildings, the apartment is a bit dark and noisy due to the railway tracks right next to it - because of the sound amplification. We were still very satisfied with the place and can definitely recommend it.

The place is functional and very clean, the location is really wonderful.

We spent two weeks in the house while our friends with two small children (1.5 and 5) stayed in the house next door. The property is fantastic, the garden and the view of the sea marvellous - a little paradise. There are plenty of cosy spots and numerous sun loungers. In autumn (October) the hours of sunshine are shorter, partly because the house is on the north side of the island. However, the mornings were sunny and warm and I could imagine that in the summer months you would be very happy about the many nice shady spots. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you need to cook simple things. there is also plenty of storage space for groceries or personal items. The bathroom is spacious and very nice. Everything was very clean and the flat is lovingly and cosily furnished. We would book again in a heartbeat and hope it's not the last time we stay there.

The place is a good base to visit local hill top villages and to access the beach. The hosts were very responsive and we enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful apartment, clean and well-maintained in detail, with a beautiful and comfortable terrace. Great location with spectacular sea views, with a 60-step staircase you are on the beach. Convenient parking space. Paola and her husband, exceptional hosts, very nice, welcoming and very helpful. We'll definitely be back.

Maria Rosaria is a lovely host and her place corresponds to the description given. Welcoming, clean, close to the seaside. The kitchen is well equipped and everything in the apartment works perfectly. We stayed during winter and the heating was spot on. We have a little baby and Maria Rosaria also arranged a travel bed for her, which worked great. Both Maria Rosaria and her son are very responsive and present through the chats, the communication is extremely easy. The flexible checkout was also appreciated! I absolutely recommend, especially for families!

The house has a very convenient location for the beach and is equipped with all amenities, including WiFi (convenient as there is not much network coverage in the area). Cinzia was very nice and responsive, even when we had to delay check-in due to an unexpected event.

Tommaso is a nice and accommodating host. When he greeted us, he gave us a basket of products from his organic shop. He made a great effort to ensure that we guests were doing well in his house. He changed the gas bottles for the hot water and adjusted the heating on request and asked several times about our condition. We liked the vacation home very much, a top location right on the sea. The large terrace and dining area invited us to linger. In the house, everything is functionally furnished in a country house style, the kitchen small but nice, the bedrooms and the bathroom met our requirements. We felt very comfortable and were able to enjoy our vacation. We will be happy to come back to Castelioncello. Thank you Tommaso for all your efforts and your committed demeanor. Beautiful accommodation, responsive host, very attentive and helpful, responds very quickly if needed. Quiet, peaceful environment, far from Porto Santo Stefano but compensated by a paradisiacal view. The very big assets are the solarium, the spectacular view from the terrace, the private beach 1km away. Despite our 2 hours late to arrival, we were very well received by Marco and his wife. They also agreed to come early when we left for organizational matters. We recommend 100% and will be back.

We spent a very pleasant week in the house of Serena and Alessandro, a few steps from the quiet beach of Seccheto. Well-maintained environments, an outdoor space that we made the most of both lunch and dinner despite the heat at the end of July because in shade almost all day! Great outdoor shower (with hot and cold water) used by everyone (including dog!) when returning from the beach. Definitely recommended!

I believe communication is a big key when choosing where to stay.  Federica is excellent and very quick to respond making her a great host.  She lovingly cares for her flat which is very clean and well equipped.  Although we only stayed one night, we appreciated the location.  Several restaurants are nearby and being so close to the local market made for fun sightseeing.  Staying local at Casa Dharma before a cruise is a great option.

Crazy location. It's totally downtown. The accommodation is in the pedestrian part of San Vincenzo but the parking lots are convenient and a two-minute walk away. And even if the house is in the center, it is not affected by the noise of people. On the contrary. The house is nice and functional. Not too noticeable things: having stayed at the beginning of September, the rail traffic increases and in the master bedroom you can hear it quite a bit. Until 1/9 the passages were significantly reduced. The shower drains badly, too bad. But it's a simple problem to solve. The bathroom is in the center of the apartment and is windowless. There is a fan for air exchange but it is not always enough, especially if there are many guests. But the apartment really lacks nothing and Massimo is super-available for everything.

Everything worked out just fine. Location is great, close to the large, wide sandy beach. Approximately 10-minute walk to the center of Marina. Shopping and restaurant visits are easy without a car. Larger shopping centers/sights for alternative programs easily accessible by car. Apartment clean and well maintained, in a quiet residential area with plenty of green space within walking distance. Everything necessary is available in the apartment. Parking is available right in front of the house. Thanks Roberta for the nice 14 days at your apartment

Absolutely stunning, beautiful place. The pictures don’t do it justice. I’ve never stayed so close to the sea before and the view from my bedroom every morning was incredible. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Cozy and pleasant house, well stocked with everything. When you arrive, good cleaning. Great location, close to the pine forest and beaches. We spent about fifteen very pleasant days. Responsive and helpful host.

The apartment is really well organized and equipped with everything. Upon arrival we found water, beer and popsicles for us, as well as a tray of freshly baked croissants. Rachele was very helpful and kind at check-in. The place is very close to the sea, which can be reached in a few meters. The free beach is spacious and dogs are welcome, even in August. In front of the house there is a supermarket, ice cream shop, housewares shop, bar, pastry shop, restaurant and spaghetti shop. So you can park your car in the reserved spot and only take it back to leave! We had a good time with our baby and our poodle, and we recommend this house. Only a small flaw is the price, rather high although it was the week of August 15

I can totally recommend. Beautiful and clean flat with a good kitchen to cook. Beach is very near and besutiful.
