Vacation rentals with beach access in Procchio

Die Lage in Porto Azzuro war super. Vorallem, um abends etwas zu unternehmen oder Essen zu gehen. Alles in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer waren schön eingerichtet und die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig. Am Fenster konnte man am Morgen schön in der Sonne sitzen und das Treiben in der Gasse beobachten.

Großartige Lage an einem der schönsten Strände. Man benötigt kein Auto um zum Strand oder in die Innenstadt zu kommen. Die warme Außendusche war unser Highlight nach einem langen Strandtag.

Wir hatten eine sehr schönen Aufenthalt! Die Kommunikation mit der Eigentümerin war hervorragend: Sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und unkompliziert. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und gestaltet, genau wie auf den Fotos ersichtlich. Die Sauberkeit der Wohnung war insgesamt gut. In der Umgebung gibt alles, was man für einen wundervollen Urlaub benötigt: Zum Strand muss man nur eine Straße überqueren, in der Nähe gibt es viele gute Restaurants, Geschäfte und eine sehr schöne Mole zum Flanieren. Auch gibt es im Umland sehr vieles Interessantes zu besichtigen, wenn man eher auf ruhiges und entspanntes Ambiente großen Wert legt. Der Lage innerhalb eines Komplexes aus höhere Wohngebäuden geschuldet, ist die Wohnung etwas dunkel und durch die Bahngleise direkt daneben laut - wegen der Schallverstärkung. Wir waren trotzdem sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft und können sie definitiv weiterempfehlen.

L'alloggio è funzionale e pulitissimo, la posizione davvero meravigliosa.

Nous avons passé 3 nuits à 4 dans ce bel appartement, grand, calme, bien équipé et bien situé. Nous ne pouvons que le recommander, et remercier Roberta qui a été une hôtesse parfaite : souplesse pour l'arrivée, réservation d'une place de parc, accueil en français (au vu de notre italien, c'était appréciable), propositions d'activités, lieux et restos au top, suivi pendant le séjour, j'en oublie sûrement... et même alerte météo ! Bref, de quoi pouvoir profiter au mieux de ces quelques jours.

Die Unterkunft ist einfach traumhaft! Das tollste ist die Aussicht direkt aufs Meer vom Schlafzimmer aus. Francesco ist ein außergewöhnlich höflicher und freundlicher junger Mann, der sich sehr umsichtig um uns gekümmert hat.

siamo stati ospiti di Francesco per 5 giorni. la casa è bella e accogliente e dotata di tutto quello che serve per una vacanza. Ci ha sorpreso la bella colazione offerta, ricca di ogni cosa. Francesco disponibile per informazioni sui dintorni e le spiagge. anche la persona che ci ha accolti molto gentile e simpatica. siamo stati proprio bene. la doccia sul terrazzo è stata apprezzatissimo dai miei bambini.

Wunderschöne kleine Villa mit perfektem Aussen und Gartenbereich zum in der Sonne liegen. Fantastischer Blick sogar vom Esstisch innen auf den Strand von Morcone👌 Es war sehr sauber und die Komunikation mit Mariana war perfekt.. sie hat uns auch direkt bei den Restaurants angerufen wegen Tisch Reservation und ob geöffnet da wir im April noch vor der Saison da waren. Wetter war nicht so rosig aber da wir gerne lesen haben wir einfch eingeheizt und es uns gemütlich gemacht.. Danke für alles Mariana🙏

La villetta di Heidi è un piccolo gioiello, situata in una posizione tranquilla e riservata ma vicinissima (5 minuti di auto) alla cittadina di Porto Azzurro dove poter trovare tutto il necessario (supermercati, ristoranti, negozi...). La vista dalla casa è meravigliosa e lo spazio esterno è perfetto per rilassarsi e godere della natura. La casa è piccola ma pulitissima, dotata di ogni confort ed accogliente, perfettamente conforme alla descrizione e alle foto fornite da Heidi. Ci siamo trovati benissimo! La nostra cagnolina ha adorato il giardino e la spiaggia per cani proprio sotto la casa! Unico piccolo neo per quanto riguarda le nostre abitudini, è stato il fatto che non era possibile oscurare completamente le stanze da letto e dunque la luce la mattino ci svegliava abbastanza presto! Heidi è stata sempre estremamente veloce e gentile nelle riposte e, anche se distante, disponibile in ogni momento in cui abbiamo avuto bisogno di lei.

Everything as expected: great location, spacious apartment for couples, very nice hosts, we will definitely be back.

Fantastica vacanza Mattia è un super host, la casa è spettacolare e dotata di tutti i confort Molti pulita ed accogliente e’ in una posizione strategica sia per andare al mare che per visitare i meravigliosi ed antichi borghi toscani Non dimenticate di visitare il parco della Maremma con la splendida spiaggia di Marina di Alberese A Castiglioni della Pescaia ci sono ottimi ristoranti sia di pesce che di carne Da provare! Ara Macao e’ una casina deliziosa che ti invita a ritornare ……. Ed è gestita veramente bene da Mattia

Wir hatten eine super Zeit in Paolos Haus. Die Lage ist absolut fantastisch und Paolo ist sehr freundlich und hat super schnell auf Nachrichten reagiert. Vor allem der Sonnenuntergang ist spektakulär von der Unterkunft aus.

Place beyond expectations. We immediately felt at home and the beautiful yard is a great place for our kid to run free and explore and for us to have lovely chats with the other guests. On top of that, there's plenty of space to eat out and enjoy the evening breeze and Stella's (the dog) sweet company. The house is spacious, cool and spotless and Cristina and Paolo are friendly, helpful, present and yet, never invasive. Nearest beaches both, private and public at a walking distance and if you have a car you can easily reach the most beautiful spots along the Tuscan coast. Highly recommended!

Ottima posizione, appartamento spazioso e funzionale e ben disposto.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene. Appartamento tenuto benissimo e fornito, giardino splendido dal quale si riesce a vedere il mare, posizione comoda vicina al mare e al centro di Procchio. Sergio e la moglie hanno l'appuntamento al piano di sopra, sono sempre molto disponibili e ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa.

Alice est une hôte dynamique et réactive. Le logement est fonctionnel et est situé près du port (arrivée ferry), ce qui permet d’y accéder à pieds. Très agréable séjour sur Elbe.

Perfekte Ferienwohnung, es war alles vorhanden was man braucht. Vom Balkon aus sieht man das Meer. Mauro hat uns persönlich empfangen und viele hilfreiche Tipps für Unternehmungen und Restaurants gegeben. Er ist super nett und war immer erreichbar. Die Lage der Wohnung ist toll, in der Nähe vom Strand. Die Stadt und Restaurants sind zu Fuß gut zu erreichen.

We had a nice stay at Diego’s apartment, which is located so close to the beach that you can hear the waves from the backside of the house. We enjoyed the beach, which had crystal clear water as well as the many gelato places around. The apartment itself is well equipped, is simple but functional and has a nice garden. Diego and his family are very friendly and we felt at home quickly.

Blown away, we will be back many times

Alloggio in ottima posizione per raggiungere il mare ed il centro del paese. All'interno presenti tutte le comodità necessarie. Estremamente comoda la presenza di parcheggio interno. Serena è stata molto gentile e disponibile.

Silvia è una persona fantastica.Ha arredato la casa con gusto e creatività. La posizione è centralissima e comoda per tutto . Ci tornerei sicuramente. Grazie per la disponibilità e l'accoglienza. Abbiamo passato delle belle vacanze.

La posizione della casa è perfetta, vicino a tutti i servizi, al centro e alla spiaggia. La casa si commenta da sola guardando le foto. Anzi, abbiamo trovato un appartamento con una quantità di strumenti, spazi, arredamento che dubito sia rintracciabile altrove. Lati negativi: Nessuno.
