Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Proença-a-Nova

A Liliana é atenciosa e me tirou todas as dúvidas, nos deixou muitas frutas e também produtos de limpeza . A casa é grande e muito bem equipada, tinha tudo para cozinhar, e passar 5 dias tranquilos. Há aquecimento nos quartos e lareira na cozinha e também na cave. A casa está equipada com jogos, loiça, máquinas, utensílios, absolutamente tudo. A redondeza é muito calma, a vista é linda. Mas não há nada para fazer em Pera, em Castanheira de pera já há algum comercio. É mesmo uma casa para ir descansar, fazer caminhadas e se isolar .

Een heel fijn en rustgevend huis met alles wat je nodig zou kunnen hebben. De omgeving is super mooi en privé. Genoeg plekken waar je aan het meer kan liggen en zwemmen.

Sentimo-nos em casa, é um espaço muito agradável para estar com família ou amigos. Cozinha bem equipa, churrasco, mesa no alpendre para refeições de verão, espaço da piscina muito bom. Fomos muito bem recebidos e tudo correspondeu às nossas expectativas.

Foi uma excelente estadia! tudo como estava descrito no anúncio, apesar da piscina não ser uma piscina e ser um pequeno tanque que na foto engana um pouco. De resto, tudo o que se pode pedir para uns dias em paz, no meio do interior de Portugal, com todas as comodidades disponibilizadas pela Maria. Churrasco, onde não foi preciso comprar nada porque a Maria já tinha providênciado, casa bem equipada, maquina de lavar louça, roupa, maquina de café, televisão, internet móvel para poder aproveitarmos o espaço do lado de fora, tudo muito bom. Além da casa estar super limpa e arrumada foram dias impecáveis. Obrigado Maria

Ein Oase der Ruhe und ein sehr bezauberndes Anwesen mit eigenem Charme und Charakter. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen, freundliche und aufgeschlossene Menschen, James sorgt und kümmert sich, wo es nur geht. Selten haben wir uns so willkommen und wohl gefühlt. Die Sauberkeit und die Ausstattung sind hervorragend. Im nahegelegenen Vila de Rei findet man alles was man braucht. Wir würden unseren Aufenthalt in Zukunft gerne wiederholen, wir vermissen es schon jetzt.

So richtig herrlich wurde es, als es aufhörte zu regnen und wir auf der gemütlichen kleinen Terrasse frühstücken und im Schatten auf den Liegen stundenlang lesen konnten. Toller Blick auf den Stausee! Vielen Dank, Francisco! Auch für das Vitamin in Form von frischen Orangen und die bereitgestellte Saftpresse!

A casa é verdadeiramente espetacular, com uma vista deslumbrante, e o João revelou-se um anfitrião extremamente simpático e atencioso. Tivemos uma estadia maravilhosa — foi, sem dúvida, um autêntico retiro. A única observação a fazer é que o 4o quarto não deveria ser classificado como tal, uma vez que se trata de um espaço pequeno, sem janela nem porta, equipado apenas com um beliche, o que não é devidamente perceptível nas fotografias. Ainda assim, recomendo esta casa sem qualquer reserva.

Beautiful home in a beautiful setting. Peaceful, quiet, and I loved the orange and lemon trees. Listening to the birds while enjoying the view was a real treat! Joao was extremely professional and communicative - it’s clear he has put a lot of time and attention into the Airbnb.

Très beau logement, bien équipé. Bel environnement en pleine nature. Attention, des logements de vacances sont en construction aux alentours, occasionnant quelques nuisance sonores mais ça ne devrait pas durer. Hôte pas très réactif dans les échanges mais répond toujours aux messages au final. Je recommande.

Best Airbnb we have ever stayed at! Views and location were breathtaking. Eric’s Airbnb was extremely clean & had everything you could need. Eric was an amazing host who went above & beyond for us. Very proactive & helped out with any request we had, even when we needed to find a vet for my dog he was very responsive. The pool was incredible, hiking down to the lake & kayaking will be my favourite parts of our holiday. Already planned a trip for next year!!!

We had a really nice stay here. The views from the pool are incredible! The kitchen is well stocked and there are lots of trails a short drive away. My partner used the canoe and went out on the lake. The owner lives next door and is very relaxed and friendly. We took our dog and she got on very well with his two dogs. If you have a baby it’s worth asking in advance if you need a cot as we didn’t do this and one wasn’t available. If your baby is very mobile it wouldn’t be very safe on the pool deck as there is a big-ish drop.

As always, through out all the years , since 2018, when I started visiting the place, it remains my favourite spot in this part of beatuiful Portugal! Highly recommended!

We love staying at Rita’s place the ‘Cat Hotel’. It is in the heart of Portugal and this guesthouse in the heart of Pedrogao Grande is the heart of Portugal. Lots of beautiful places to visit, river beaches, pizza or burgers by Barragem do Cabril or vegan/ vege tapas at Pashamumma. Highly recommended.

Min familie og jeg havde en dejlig uge hos Denise og hendes datter. Lejligheden var dejlig lys og rummelig, med 3 gode værelser. Vi nød især haven, poolen og citrontræet. Det var nemt at køre ud til de mange smukke byer og vandreture.
