Today, it is a private Estate with big jungle trees, about 4km of trails, fruit orchards and beautiful gardens. The house has been fully renovated and is welcoming and comfortable. A large wrap-around terrace looks out toward Volcán Barú and La Amistad Park. Hacienda Viva offers a setting to slow down and reconnect. The perfect place to enjoy your morning cup of coffee listening to birds. You have your own private fridge,stove top, a small counter top oven , microwave and coffee maker in your suite! Plus all the basics ( coffee, salt, pepper, olive oil , etc), pots and pans. Come enjoy and relax in this so romantic place! We also have high speed internet !

It has split air conditioning, a ceiling fan, a TV with Netflix access, free WiFi internet, blackout curtains, a water reserve tank, hot water, a kitchenette equipped with an electric stove, a refrigerator, a coffee maker, a microwave, and basic utensils. It does not have a laundry room, electric generator, or soundproofing.

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful retreat. This beautiful house is located near the beach and features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on a nearly 1200 m² lot. It's situated in Coco Beach, near Puerto Armuelles and an hour's drive from David Airport. Surrounded by nature and the sound of birdsong, this house offers a unique experience. It offers a very comfortable space, right on the beach, with breathtaking views.

I offer a spacious apartment on the top floor, it has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 terraces, full laundry room, full kitchen, air conditioning in all bedrooms and living room, hot water, cable, WiFi, in La Concepción, Bugaba, a few kilometers from the city of David, Tierras Altas and La Frontera with Costa Rica. Capacity for 6 people (1 double bed and 2 queen beds). Pets are welcome but at an additional cost of $40.
