Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Providence County

Carol's house is beautiful - well appointed furnishings, clean, and very large with plenty of room. Carol was very easy to communicate with and very accommodating. My family was very happy here. I want to add that I suffer from terrible dust allergies and I was extremely comfortable staying at Carol's. I could not believe how clean and dust-free it was for such a large house - very well maintained!

Brian was a great host, he was flexible and quick to respond. The home was nice and comfortable. There was a small issue with one of the bathrooms but no big deal. I brought to his attention just for awareness and he was apologetic. We enjoyed the home. I cook alot and the kitchen had what i needed except for things to use in oven and kitchen towels but otherwise well stocked. Great stay

This was exactly how it was described on the website. It was clean, comfy and exactly what we needed for our visit. Reina was there to greet us and show us the home once we arrived. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was clean and there was plenty of room for more than just the two of us. The neighborhood was quiet and very easy to walk to get fresh air and exercise. We saw many neighbors walking their dogs. I will stay here again.

This was our second time staying at Richard's place and what impressed us most was how everything was just as clean, beautifully-appointed and comfortable as when we visited two years ago. We love staying here and hope to return again!

Rachael’s space was a perfect place for my family of 5 to enjoy the area around providence. The home was clean and well stocked with everything we could need. We felt safe and comfortable our entire stay. We enjoyed the hot tub and the easy access into the beautiful Rodger Willam’s park. We would stay again in a heartbeat.

Very large space. bedrooms are equipped with the necessities. Kitchen isn't stocked immensely well if you plan to do any real cooking but it's fine in a pinch. The house is a little draft in the winter, probably because the window ac units were left in and the exterior doors have large gaps on the bottom of them, but for the price is was fine. There is a park nearby which is convenient for those bringing pets. Communication was sparse but existent prior to the stay and covered the explanation regarding how to get in, but nonexistent during and at checkout when concerns/questions arose. There is only parking for 3 cars, even though the house sleeps 8. Something to keep in mind. It is very obvious that the house is exclusively used as a budget airbnb and it shows in the care in which the property is kept. that said, it gets the job done.

The carriage house is in a beautiful neighborhood. It was quiet at night and was easily accessible to downtown Providence. The home was very clean. We appreciated the large bedrooms, upgraded fixtures, and comfortable beds. The living room was good for our family of 4. The kitchen has all the basics. The owners were extremely responsive and accommodating.

We had a wonderful stay at A's Airbnb! The space was super clean and clearly cared for with attention to detail. We appreciated the thoughtful toiletries, the well-stocked coffee station, and the incredibly comfortable beds. The location was perfect—close to everything—and the parking was easy and convenient. We truly enjoyed our visit. Thank you for a great experience!

We had a great stay here. Instructions were clear and easy, and Gonzalo was a great host. The property was exactly as described. There are a couple of 24-hour stores right next door as well as reasonably walkable restaurants, and you can basically get anywhere you want to in Providence with a 10-15 minute drive. Would definitely come back next time I’m in the area!

Valerie's home was lovely! The apartment is exactly as advertised. You would be hard pressed to find an Airbnb better located in Providence. Valerie herself was an excellent host! She is very accommodating/communicative/proactive and quick to reply to all of our messages. During our stay there was a ice/snowstorm and she thoughtfully reached out with the offer of a late check-out as well (which was appreciated). She gave a wonderful overall experience! If you are in Providence would absolutely recommend!

The apartment is spacious, cute and well equipped. Sean was very responsive via email and text and flexible about the check-in time, which was helpful. The neighborhood is great and Sean provided useful recommendations in his guide.

It was a really great place to stay. Nice and spacious. Really comfy feel. I will rebook this again in the future. One thing that the host couldn’t control is tight parking if you have large vehicle.

This was a true gem--the best experience I have had in over 15 yrs of using AirBnb! The attic apartment is as cozy as it looks online, tastefully designed with an aesthetic eye, spotlessly clean, and super well-appointed. The space is lovely and quite luxurious. I am very glad I stayed there as a long-term renter. The weather was not too hot or cold when I stayed, but the heating was easy and controllable by room. Knowing I would be needing to cook meals, do laundry, etc., Susan had truly equipped the apartment with everything I might need, including getting a new countertop oven for baking in case I needed it. She and her family were always helpful and had lots of local suggestions of things to do/see/eat, as needed. They live in the building and Susan is super responsive! The neighborhood is quiet, walkable, and its easy to get to/from Brown Univ. I felt safe walking home even after dark. I would stay here again, no question, and I hope I have a chance to come back soon!

Such a cute place to stay! Walkable to downtown as well as Brown University. Plenty of local restaurants nearby. The property was clean and beautiful. As others mentioned, we could hear the renters upstairs, but this should be expected for any similar home. It had so much character. We loved it! Highly recommend and would definitely rent again if back in the area. Almost forgot to mention the amazing shower! Fellow women with different types of showers, this is the everything shower DREAM! But don’t want to wash your hair? There are 3 shower heads so you can avoid the waterfall shower head. Legit using this shower as inspiration for our bathroom remodel we were already planning!

As a 1st time airbnb renter, i wasnt sure what to expect. Ernest made us feel welcome and at home. Everything we needed was available for our use. We were there for JWU graduation. It was nice being close to everywhere we needed to go.

Everything was great! The one issue for some might be the distance from the location you get the key to the location of your front door. It is a bit of a walk. It did not bother my family at all, but if you are not very mobile I could see it being an issue. --- But the location and the room were outstanding. I have not complaints and I am very happy with trip. I will stay again in the future!

Place was perfect. I was there for a soccer tournament and it accommodated so well. Also you are only 20 min. Away from providence. Also alot of good places to eat nearby.

truly cannot beat the location if you are visiting college hill or downtown providence! took 12 mins to walk from the convention center bus stop and 3 mins to brown's main green

This apartment was fantastic. All new, very comfortable, and super clean. Perfect spot for my weekend visit to Brown/RISD with family. Great location on Benefit St, right next to the new Brown Bee Coffee shop, which is excellent. Firas was a super responsive and friendly host. I hope to stay there again on a future visit.
