the house is very nice, equipped with everything you need, double bathroom, air conditioning. The location is great for both the sea and the amenities, two minutes by clock and you are on the beach! Despite being in the center, it remains quiet because it overlooks an internal courtyard. Jessica is very kind and helpful. Really great for Diano the value for money.

We immediately found the apartment but with the limits of the Ligurian coast regarding parking and loading and unloading. Once we entered, we appreciated the spacious spaces and functional furniture in the living room. The beauty,however,is on the upper floor,a fantastic view of the sea and the priceless harbor,the breakfasts really tasted different. Here we also appreciated the sofas, the large table and the well-stocked kitchen, too bad we didn't take advantage of the studio full of books and company games. There are 2 TVs,dishwasher,washing machine, coffee maker,microwave and wfi for various devices. Satisfied

Federico's place is a perfect space for a couple's vacation. Very clean and tailor-made spaces to ensure a comfortable stay without missing anything. The area is beautiful, quiet and quiet, close to the beautiful port and above all with free parking just below the house. The accommodation exactly matches the description of the photos, but entering is definitely better than just looking at it. The view from the balcony equipped with a small table directly on the nearby beach is priceless, waking up to the sound of the waves is worth the trip. Definitely also for a summer stay it is super indicated. There are many restaurants and great pizzerias nearby, also indicated on a guide that the host finds in the house, and you can easily walk to the station to go to France. Finally, Federico is a perfect landlord, very kind and always ready to intervene in case of need, it is the added value of the accommodation

One of the best Airbnbs I’ve stayed in!!

The apartment is in a really great location, it is really "immediately on the beach" ! For our family situation, with two small children it was fundamental! Even just the fact that it was on the ground floor, easily accessible with a stroller ! You are really comfortable with everything, because in addition to the sea, you can find a nice walk with lots of restaurants and shops ! Marco of a great courtesy, a pleasant person! He also recommended a beach accommodation, and I have to say a great experience there too! I mean, I'd love to go back!

We really enjoyed our stay at Sira's place. Cute and comfortable appartement, perfect location, lively bars, restaurants downstairs and both the shopping street and the seaside two steps away. We highly recommend it and would definitely return next time.

Francesco place is very nice! Communication from the start was smooth, we were checked in by Maria, very kind and nice lady. She was immidiately available for all questions. It is a very livable place, I was working remotely 2 weeks with good internet and cooking 3 times a day. Kitchen has everything and all utencils and items are very new! Enough space in kitchen for cooking as well and big table for eating both inside house and on the terrace, where I had my lunch every day. Both terrace and bolcony are very nice for drinking wine or eating, they are amazing assets for the house! Showers are excellent and bed comfortable. Good windows meant fresh air during day and night, which is super nice for sleeping with breeze coming in. Parking is private and safe. Beach is very close. I really loved the place and it felt like home, like a place I could live in. Highly recommend!

Very nice tastefully decorated apartment, with the added bonus of a terrace overlooking the palm trees and the sea! It's well laid out for a comfortable family. We are at the foot of the historic center and just above the sea (promenade and beach), and at the edge of the road tower being away from the noise and the hustle and bustle. Parking, free at the bottom of the house, is complicated because the city is very busy (it deserves it). The most convenient is to park in the large shedding car parks after the marina or on the other side after the Borgo Prino neighborhood It's a little walking, but along the sea it's more unpleasant. Cristina who took care of the welcome is very kind and speaks very good French, even if she says it's not true! Off season, the price is very advantageous.

I had a wonderful stay at Ventimiglia . The overall experience was excellent, and I couldn’t have been happier with my choice. The room was spacious, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The Wi-Fi connection was good , and all the facilities worked perfectly. The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help with any requests. The location is ideal, close to all the main attractions and easy to access. The value for money is exceptional. One of the highlights of my stay was the stunning view from my balcony. I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The accommodation was comfortable, but I did notice that the cleanliness was not as thorough as I would have liked. Thank you to the host for making my stay so enjoyable.

Without a doubt an extremely refined and beautiful place to be. This villa has been in Silvio’s family for a while and the thought and care that continuously goes into making it beautiful inside and out is extraordinary. We had a short but wonderful time and won’t soon forget it. Recommended for a memorable occasion.

A fantastic place, absolutely enchanting terrace with lots of high quality seating. Even over New Year's Eve, we were able to enjoy our lunch outside. Also worth mentioning are the extremely comfortable beds, a rarity in Italy.

I stayed with my son and parents for a week. We had a very good time, both for the accommodation and for the location: close to the beach with a parking space and a bike path. Recommended apartment. Giulia was very kind and helpful.
