I would highly recommend this place. Very stylish & my family had a great time. We loved the balconies; one over the street & the other over a beautiful private courtyard. My family had to change their plans at the last minute due to the rail strike & Fraceco went out of his way to make the apartment available. Did I mention the beach? simply incredible 😲

Comfortable apartment, located right in front of the sea and with an internal parking space. Very friendly host available. Recommended!

Rosalba and Luce were very helpful and kind, they welcomed me so well that I felt like I was at home. Lots of beds and a large garden for the dog to play and the possibility of spending good moments outdoors. Highly recommended.

Edda's house is located in the mountains, away from any busy roads. Nearby is a historic hilltop village with narrow roads, best to drive there (or walk upo the hill) and then explore by foot. There is a bustling local community and I recommend the "Mozzarella Store" at the nearby cross-road, which apart from the local cheese also sells excellent bread, pizzas and ham. The house is large and has 3 big bedrooms and Edda and her husband have been excellent hosts throughout our stay.

Everything was fantastic. Such a beautiful and peaceful area and the hosts were very kind and welcoming! Homemade crostata waiting for us upon arrival and even dropped down a fresh homemade cake while we were there. Perfetto!

Charming, clean and fragrant place, it perfectly reflects the photos. The hot tub works great and is very easy to operate. Near the house, about 5 minutes by car, there is a good trattoria that Emanuela recommended, she was nice and helpful, we were really happy and we will definitely be back!

Alessio's chalet is the ideal place if you love contact with nature and animals. Equipped with everything you need and very clean. A strategic point if you want to visit Rome but rest away from the chaos of the city, it is also close to the sea and the Roman castles. We had a very good time, Alessio is an attentive, kind and always available host. We hope to be back soon, we're already missing.

Alessia met us & helped us In. We didn’t know much about the area. We’d seen photos of the waterfall and the castle. It’s 1h from Rome, 1.5 Fumicino airport , 45 minutes from Montecassino & 2 hours from Naples nestled in the Appenine mountains. So beautiful and there’s so much to see. The natural beauty and peaceful location away from the cities makes it so relaxing. Great seafood restaurant just below. We hired a local (Diego) filmmaker who has made several documentaries on the area to guide us through the beautiful and historical area of Ciociaría. He is an amazing fountain of information. For 2 days he took us to the sights the gorgeous views & wonderful restaurants. Alessia can give you his information. There are no taxis so you must arrange transportation ahead. Alessia stocked the apartment with waters snacks and coffee. We were thrilled to enjoy all of it. There’s no elevator but it didn’t stop us.There’s no WiFi but Diego lent us a box for the duration of the stay.

Located in the heart of the center of Gaeta, very convenient for excursions around the city. Clean and well maintained facilities, as shown in the photos. The home is accessed via a steep and narrow flight of stairs, but without a problem. The cleaning is done by the tenant before leaving the stay. The tourist tax is 2.5€ per person per day. In short: good accommodation, value for money and good communication with the owner.

Our stay was short, but we had a wonderful time at Enole's place. The view of the lake is fantastic and the apartment was warm and comfortable (we were visiting in winter). Enole was a very kind and friendly host.

Thanks this was a really nice place to stay for a day trip to the Abbey and Polish Cemetery. Arturo was really helpful and apartment had everything we needed including a great breakfast.

we arrived much later than expected, the welcome was truly wonderful. Breakfast was a plus, with everything you need, toiletries in large quantities! Dogs are welcome. Highly recommended!

Everything went perfect. Claudia was very responsive and flexible. We booked in the morning for the same day and she arranged that we could leave some bags before going to our activities for the day. The place was cute and nice. loved coffee on the rooftop terrace in the morning

We already stayed in Fondi for the second time. The location of the apartment is just perfect. You are right in the center, the bus stop and shopping can be reached in about 5 minutes. You can easily get to Sperlonga and Teraccina. So, we would love to stay there again.

We had the greatest 3day stay in the B&B of Luca and Daniele. The swimming pool is just magnificent, together with the super pretty relaxing garden area. Room and en-suite bathroom were perfect too. Breakfast is nice, accompanied with a great coffee. Hosting by Luca and Daniele is top! b&b is not far located from some good day trips although you can just spend the whole day at the pool as well since it’s so nice over there. Home away from home!

Great place for a stay in Sora. Very clean, warm and comfortable. Straight 15 minute walk to the old town centre. Would stay again and recommend!

The stay was great. The house was tidy, clean, and everything was available. The area is very central, you can get around on foot and there are many bars, shops and restaurants. Mrs. Concetta was really friendly and helpful. If I had to go back to Cassino, I would go back with pleasure.

Just what I was hoping for. Quiet, comfortable, clean, great location, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, lovely.

Alessandro's place is exactly as the pictures show. He is always available if you have any problems. Carpineto Romano is a magical place. The people are super friendly and the restaurants are great.

The house is very clean, organized and has everything you need, you can also have breakfast, the setting is very quiet. Luca was very helpful and kind, positive experience and I recommend this host.

Fantastic hosts great views great value. Room was a bit tight but overall amazing stay. Agile and crew are top notch.
