Antonietta is so kind and quick in answers and exact informatios. Thanks to that we found the room easily. We felt great there, there is a view on the sea from balcony and if you have opened window to balcony and you are falling asleep, you can hear the waves of the ocean. In the morning you take just few steps and you are on the beach. So near the sea. We absolutely loved it. Wonderful long walks along the sea. Romantic. Calm. Many thanks to Luca for the hospitality and kindness. A very comfortable holiday home. The apartments have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Convenient location. The sea and shops, a pizzeria are all within walking distance.

This 8-night stay was one of the best AirBnB experiences we've had in our 10 years on the platform. The apartment was very spacious, beautiful, impeccably clean, and very well equipped for a long stay in any season. We could have easily spent several months in this place. Having two large bathrooms and a separate laundry room felt luxurious, especially after many tiny shower stalls we've encountered throughout Italy. The view of the city and the sea from the balcony is beautiful, and you are just a short walk from the main shopping/dining area. Yet, the apartment is perfectly quiet at night. Last but not least, Marco is an amazing host. His flexibility, kindness, and wealth of knowledge about the area made us feel like we were visiting an old friend rather than staying in a cookie-cutter short-term rental apartment managed by a soulless company. When we come back to Terracina, we'll time our visit so we can stay in this apartment again.

The stay was pleasant, except for a few reservations, one room is quite noisy from the road, but otherwise fine. There was a bit of an issue with the use of the lawn by the kids. But I rate the place very positively and close to the sea and everything a person needs.

We spent New Year's Eve with my partner and daughter. Beautiful home, equipped with you. Board seat and toddler bed. Large shower, great outdoor veranda for eating out and enjoying the nice weather. Too bad because it rained for the whole stay but it was still pleasant to enjoy the house. Great so even in winter.

The owners are extremely nice and very welcoming. The location is very nice and we enjoyed all the animals, dog, donkeys, chickens and rabbits. Thank you very much! We'd love to come back.

Manuela's apartment is really beautiful and a stone's throw from the sea! Recently renovated, huge, with attention to every detail, equipped with all the comforts and useful accessories to spend a vacation, feeling at home! Manuela was always kind and helpful in communications. Supermarkets just a short walk away, bar and pizzeria right in front of the gate! We can only recommend her home to all those looking for a place to stay to discover the beauty of the Ulysses Riviera! Thanks Manuela, we hope to see you soon! 😊

We stayed at the property for 9 people between August and September and had a great time. The house was equipped with everything you need and extremely clean. We found the outdoor ceiling blades not working, but the owner, on our report, immediately provided us with a floor fan. The only "flaws" were the many mosquitoes, surely due to the fact that the gardens of the surrounding houses are watered daily, so we would recommend installing mosquito nets in order to keep the windows open without being points and finally the distance from the sea. The 10 minutes are effective, said that the passage through the residence gate is very convenient but also has opening and closing hours. In addition, the beach is not totally free so we recommend putting the umbrellas behind those of the residence. While to compensate for the distance from the sea, the use of bicycles. We still had a great time. We recommend it
