Vacation rentals with a patio in Province of Pesaro and Urbino

Marco is a very helpful and very kind host. Apartment exactly as pictured: small but functional and very clean. Great location facing the sea. The apartment is warm but as soon as I asked for a fan, Marco was immediately ready to answer me and find it in front of the apartment door. Also the outdoor area is very spacious and pleasant and you can easily find parking, even for no fee. Really nice stay!

Heaven on earth. The place is wonderful, in the middle of the countryside and tranquility, the house is very nice and equipped with everything you need and the outdoor space is nothing short of amazing. Irena is kind and helpful. Renè is an exquisite person. I hope to return in the future.

Nice and cozy apartment, in a walkable distance from the old town. Great option for travellers who have a car, because parking is just behind window and two steps from the door. Also need to mention very comfy beds. Marco was a great host and responded quickly.

Everything you read in the description is true, nothing was missing! New, clean, spacious apartment near the pebble and sand beach a few minutes away by foot; also supermarkets and very comfortable restaurants from the house. Welcoming and discreet hosts even if they live next door. When they arrived, they made us find fresh water in the fridge and fresh fruit on the table. They suggested where to go to eat and we always ate well. They're a wonderful couple. Excellent experience, really recommended and if we still go through those parts we will definitely ask Mario and Angelina to be able to stay with them again!

The apartment, on two floors, is one of the two portions where the building is divided, it is very spacious, comfortable and has a large garden. The house is located in a very quiet and relaxing area. The hosts were hospitable and kind, the value was more than great. There are several castles and views to visit in the area, and Gabicce and Cattolica are a 5/10 minute drive.

Accommodation in a very quiet area; Mrs. Brunella is a welcoming and very kind host. The apartment is very nice and equipped with everything you need. Perfectly clean and tidy inside, outside it looks like a paradise in the greenery with large shared giadino and pool. If we really want to find a small defect, the bathroom does not have a bidet and for those who are accustomed to using it, you have to adapt a little with the shower provided. Ultimately, a place to go back and I would highly recommend it to everyone.

Francesca was really welcoming! Every need has been met and sometimes anticipated. The house is very comfortable and beautiful...it allows you to experience Pesaro from the heart of the historic center. A great stay!!

A nice family stay, very nice apartment with two terraces that provide shade at any time of the day, fully equipped kitchen, coffee, condiments and even a welcome gift in the cupboards. The same care for the well-being of the traveler in the bathroom equipped with soap, shampoo, towels, all impeccably new and sparkling clean. The new barbecue, available in the backyard, invites you to dine in the shade of olive trees while on the front terrace you can sit to have coffee while watching for a train passing through the nearby station. And why not? You can take a bath in the starlight, the common beach is a few steps away, you feel free and joyful as in childhood.

My girlfriend and I spent a wonderful weekend in this rural location surrounded by green hills and olive trees. The place is a real paradise for those seeking relaxation and tranquility. The pool and hot tub were the icing on the cake, perfect for recharging. Our cat also loved the quiet atmosphere and the house. Daniele was extremely welcoming, kind and helpful (at all times!), making us feel comfortable right away. We recommend this experience to anyone who wants to get away from the routine and enjoy a peaceful corner in the middle of nature. We will definitely be back!

We felt very comfortable in this very individual accommodation, whose furniture has been family-owned for a long time. The house with its beautiful garden is in the middle of fields in a very rural area and has a lot of charm. There are only two neighbors in the immediate vicinity, so it is usually quiet. We did a great trip to Urbino and found the area overall delightful. Thank you very much for sharing this special place.

I stayed in this house in Fano with my family and we had a great time. The apartment is nice, comfortable and located in the center, with a beautiful terrace overlooking the roofs of the historic center — really evocative! Giacomo and Alberto were always available and kind, they also provided us with bicycles to move around comfortably and allowed us to leave the house calmly on the morning of departure. A very pleasant stay, we recommend it!

We really liked the apartment. the kitchen is well equipped. The bathrooms are wonderful. We dealt with Ester and she was helpful and very responsive. Having a parking garage on the bottom was very convenient.

We had a great time at Tommaso's place. Ideally located, quiet and full of birdsong, this place is perfect for walking or driving around. We understood why Tommaso is a great host: available and warm, he told us great places to walk and must-see cities, and since we didn't have time to visit everything we will have to come back! That's good, we left the listing with a lot of regrets. We'll stay longer next time. Thank you again Tommaso for a memorable stay!

Emanuele and Francesca are excellent hosts, always available but not intrusive at all. Upon arrival, they found the jam made by them and a homemade tart. The place is very clean, new, fresh and with everything you need. Very characteristic. The area is great for those who love relaxation and tranquility. In addition, from there you can reach many interesting locations, perfectly described by the owners on their site. The house also has a wonderful garden that overlooks the hills, also equipped with a pool.

Appartment is equipped with everything you need for long stay. Comfortable furniture, modern design, very clean and fresh. Despite of really hot weather in Cattolica in Appartment there is good air conditioning and you can easily regulate comfortable temperature. Dog friendly approach was a very good bonus for us as we travelled with our dog. We are travelling with children and for us also it was important to have kitchen equipped with everything - it was perfect match. You have everything you need as at home. :) Location of Appartment is perfect. In the heart of Cattolica with a lot of restaurants and attractions. Close to the sea, 5 minutes. It was very comfortable. Owners are very positive and nice people, Letizia and Michele were in contact, they helped us to find and to organise parking. Thank you! Positive bonus - really great terrace where you can relax and enjoy with whole family. We spent great time, we felt as at home and have only best memories about our stay! Highly recommend this place!
