I have stayed at Rina's place several times. It is immacutaley clean and comfortable. Fully furnished with everything you need. There are several bars and restaurants nearby and the old city center is only a 10 minute walk. Beautiful ocean view from the balcony. I highly recommend this place to anyone.

The property is in the heart of one of the most beautiful towns in Italy on the Adriatic Sea. Is bright and cozy, the beach nearby. I recommend this apartment. For family holidays, it's ideal.

Francesco is a great host, reactivity and politeness are outstanding. It's the second year in a row for me to use this location and I am very satisfied with it. Just two small remarks: the check-in message should be updated without the part related to the remote control inside the safe, it got me lost for a while; the price is increased too much, I had some doubt before confirming the stay I won't be so sure for the next time if it doesn't get adjusted.

We had a great time at Partizia's. Spacious and cozy house, 3 minutes walk to the sea, holes from the chaos of downtown but easily accessible. Don't be afraid of the proximity of the street and train because it's so good that you get used to it quickly!

It was a nice stay, the apartment was clean and at a very calm location. Annamaria was very helpful and ensured we had our stay as nice as possible. The neighbors can be a bit complicated, but as long as you keep it within the rules and follow the guidelines of Annamaria, there shouldn't be any problems. Would definitely recommend to people who like to explore the area during the day!

Amazing location with private parking right across from the beach. The apartment was clean, tidy, and perfect for a family vacation. Laura and her husband were incredibly friendly and responsive—when we mentioned the pillows were a bit too small for us, they brought us extra ones the same day. Highly recommended!

Beautiful apartment and Paolo is very nice and helpful. In October it was already quiet, but still nice weather. The only drawback: The house is close to a train route. However, this applies to all houses by the sea and did not bother us after the first day. Overall, we were very satisfied.

A beautiful family stay, very nice apartment with two terraces that provide shade at all times of the day, fully equipped kitchen, coffee, condiments and even a welcome gift in the cabinets. Such care for the well-being of the guest in the bathroom with strong soap, shampoo, towels, all impeccably new and shiny cleanliness. The new BBQ grill, available in the backyard, invites to take meals in the shade of the olive trees while on the terrace in front you can sit for coffee watching the passage of a train in the train station nearby. And why not? You can take a bath in the light of the stars, the common beach is a few steps away, it feels free and joyful as in childhood.

Had a great holiday at Villa Mariella! The villas are located in a very nice, private environment, there is a beautiful well maintained garden and a nice, clean swimming pool. The villas are very close to the beach. The beach is for a fee but you get a fixed place with an umbrella and two sunbeds. The beach is also clean and tidy. It is also very nice that you can use the bikes for the holes. The city center is easily accessible by bike but also on foot. The hosts are very nice and polite. Had very nice contact.

We had a great time, the accommodation 100% matches the photos, Marino is a super helpful and kind host. Exactly within walking distance of the sea, sunsets and beautiful sunrises 🥰 I recommend bringing earplugs because maybe the first few days can bother the train noise, but then you get used to it. Everything else is impeccable , we will definitely be back!!

We had a great vacation at Licia's place! Thanks to clear instructions, the check-in was great (our arrival coincided with the days of the fair and without the help and advice of Licia it would be difficult to drive to the house)..we were warmly welcomed by her parents! We also helped with the accommodation of the car)) thank you ! The apartment is bright and clean, with a beautiful view from the window ..within walking distance to the beach , bars , restaurants...on the balcony you could enjoy a cup of coffee while admiring the sea.... you can also walk to the city center in 10-15 minutes... The kitchen is equipped with appliances and a kitchenette. We felt like we were at home! Licia was always in touch and gave useful recommendations! Thank you so much! Very nice, cozy and comfortable apartment, in a quiet and safe area. Inside, super clean, cared for in every detail, new furniture and accessories, kitchen equipped with everything you need. Beachfront location, crossing the road is the beautiful beach of Saxony and in a 5-minute walk you can reach the historic center. Friendly, helpful, and responsive host.

We had a great stay , Davide and his father were always available and friendly in every need . The new place has everything you need with double-room noise-free windows for great comfort and doors with an electronic key. From the terrace you can see the sea very well about 50 meters away and a few meters away there are various pizzerias, restaurants, bars, etc.Highly recommended!!!

We had never been to Pesaro before but wanted a few days on the coast after visiting Firenze. We had a wonderful stay with Paola. The home was in excellent condition and had everything you need for your stay regardless of what the weather is doing. Paola gave us some great local recommendations - Gibas and Botanic were standouts. Lots of space to enjoy when you are in the apartment, lovely sunny deck at the front of the property. Very quiet at night so it was easy to get a good nights sleep after a busy day touring the area. Can recommend the Maggiore car rental agency by the station. Can't wait to return to Pesaro and spend more time in Paolas lovely home.
