Great apartment and friendly owners. Very quiet inside apartment. Stylish. Private parking is ideal. TV not smart, biggest bed slightly on the hard side. Recommended!

The host Marco is fantastic. Very helpful. We had a health issue and Marco then went to get us something immediately in the evening (we were not allowed to pay him for this). The apartment is spacious and bright and equipped with every comfort. Very good bed and large terrace with all privacy. The apartment is wonderfully quiet. Unfortunately, we had bad weather so we were able to enjoy everything less.

Marzia's apartment is a real gem, very clean, well furnished and very quiet, we did not miss anything, she had a very nice thought for our dog and was very flexible for both arrival and departure time (of course we are still in low season). I highly recommend his place to those who want to enjoy the silence and the sea nearby, in fact, just cross the street and you are already on the beach. We had a fantastic stay with Miriam and Gaspare! The place was outstanding—clean, comfortable, and felt newly renovated with a modern, high-tech touch. It had everything we needed, including an iron, washing machine, and a lovely patio perfect for relaxing. They were incredibly friendly and their detailed instructions and local tips made everything easy. It’s about 25 minutes from Pisa by car or bus, 45 minutes to Lucca, and an hour to Florence. The beach is an easy 18-minute walk. While the town is quiet, there’s a great coffee shop and a Coop store nearby. Highly recommended for a relaxing, well-located getaway!

This was a very nice experience. It’s an apartment on the first floor of a villa… steps from the water with a beautiful exterior patio. You’re right on a popular beach with restaurants and plenty to do. Idyllic 👍

Staying here felt very different from a typical hotel—in a wonderful way. It gave me the feeling of actually living in Italy, not just visiting. The home had a warm, local charm that made the experience feel more personal and immersive. The location was perfect for me—within 20 minutes’ walking distance to major attractions, which made exploring very convenient. It’s also close to the airport, which is great for travel, though it does mean you’ll occasionally hear airplane noise. Overall, it was a memorable and comfortable stay, and I’d recommend it to anyone wanting a more authentic Italian experience

I stayed AT Casa di Ale with my partner and our little one of a few months old and we had a really good time. Alessandro is a beautiful person, very nice and approachable. The apartment is in the heart of the Venice neighborhood and this allows you to move around the city quietly on foot. Just a stone's throw away, then, there are great restaurants. The house can accommodate four adults and a small child (in the bed provided by Ale, thank you again!). A few more pots would be the top, but I'm sure Ale will add it soon. Although the apartment overlooks the street (and the canals, which is beautiful!), it is very quiet: we had a great night's sleep! Regarding parking, there are several paid places right outside the house but they are only comfortable if you walk in the evening (the house is in ztl from 8:00 pm to 5:30 am). There are others a short distance away and Ale provides valuable information to find the cheapest ones. We'll definitely be back.

It goes above and beyond to make the stay as pleasant as possible and responds immediately to requests. We were particularly impressed by the well-stocked refrigerator with plenty of drinks and food. We spent 10 wonderful days there with our two dogs, who were very warmly welcomed. The Jacuzzi was always very clean and was regularly checked and cleaned by the host. We loved staying here! the views out of the terrace and even the bathroom window were something I’ve never seen before, right out of a movie. About a 15 minute drive to the closest city, San Miniato, which has great restaurants. This was such a charming & peaceful place to stay in Tuscany, and the visits from the neighborhood cats on the terrace was a bonus! :)

The apartment fully met our expectations, the location is excellent, the communication with the owners is very good and if you have any problem they respond very quickly, it is totally worth checking in to this apartment.

It is a beautiful house and equipped with every comfort. Super clean. Kitchen has all appliances. Beautiful views and nice garden with several places to sit or lie in the sun. Lots of privacy. Our kids have enjoyed the hot tub. Igor is incredibly friendly and helpful. The surroundings are beautiful and the location is perfect for exploring Lucca, Pisa, Florence and beach and sea. We can wholeheartedly recommend the house.

Host reception was particularly welcoming and warm. The house was well cleaned upon arrival. The location of the house is beautiful, overlooking the Tuscan hills. There is a large garden with an olive grove. It was a nice place for our two dogs. Our daughter also enjoyed it immensely. It is a good starting point to visit Tuscan cities. For us it is a place to come back again.

We stayed here 3 families (6 adults and 4 children between 2 and 5 years old). we already stayed here last year and like last year, everything was great. In addition, the second bathroom was renovated this year, so both were new and modern. the host was very accommodating when booking the stay. in addition, he provided us with a third crib, on the day of arrival he allowed us an early check-in and on the day of departure allowed us a later departure, which was very appreciated by small children. every day was cleaned the pool, which we ended up using only at the beginning of the stay due to the weather. with small children we appreciated the large fenced garden.

Babette and her husband are very nice and friendly. The apartment is very suitable for 2 people, the kitchen is superbly equipped with dishwasher and large fridge. Warm duvets are available for the cooler autumn season! Very nice terrace overgrown with vines. In addition, a small additional terrace at the back with morning sun, ideal for breakfast. The apartment is quietly located, a little off the beaten track, surrounded by vines and olive trees. Therefore, not easy to find. The last stretch of road leads partly through a forest on an unpaved road.

Super comfortable apartment, just outside of Lucca (about a 15 minute walk to get inside the city). Clean, large space, great communication from hosts, and super easy check-in/check-out. Oh, and the bed is probably one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever come across in an Airbnb!

Nice place close to Pisa and Florence

Immaculate, comfortable apartment in excellent location. We appreciated all of the information you share about the apartment. One of the best Air BnBs I have ever stayed in!

The location of the accommodation is very central! Pisa Centrale train station is a few minutes' walk away, where we drove to Lucca and Florence. Pauline was always quick to reach and gave us countless great tips :) Unfortunately, the mosquitoes annoyed us very much at night, even though the window was always closed. (nasty things)

A home with an amazing location. Seaside! We are only 10km from Pisa. The apartment has all the comforts you need. Parking is a real plus given its location. To visit Pisa, nothing could be simpler with a direct bus that takes us in 20 minutes. Thanks to the host for their explanatory videos. It was a lovely stay in Pisa.

This is a lovely apartment in an old house, but with all modern ameneties. Apart from the tourist attractions, there are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The Moonlight Pizzaria is two doors away and very good. I would definately recommend this apartment
