The house is located on the southeast shore of Lake Piediluco and can be reached through a road immersed in the typical Mediterranean scrub. The park of the property has meadows melting English and Mediterranean woods. An imposing magnolia and an ancient Etruscan well decorate the relaxation area of the garden, which also has a 5-seater outdoor hot tub overlooking the lake, exclusive access to the lake with pedal boats for excursions and barbecue for barbecues.
