Vacation rentals with beach access in Province of Teramo

Excellent welcome ,made by the cleaning lady, whom I wanted to publicly thank for the cordiality and flexibility as we had a small child with us.. the owner is very helpful.. apartment as described , very clean and fragrant, impeccable linens. The terrace is the highlight.. great experience.

We had a nice week in Luca's house, a very helpful person and attentive to all requests and needs. The house is beautiful, spacious and very clean. The air conditioner in the living area made moments of family sharing pleasant and cool. The two bedrooms are refreshed by a fan. The area where the house is located is central, full of bars and evening events (shows, concerts, piano bars, markets, etc.). The nearest equipped beach is about a 3-4 minute walk, while the free one is a little further away about a 10-minute walk. The village of Pineto is beautiful and very clean. Thanks to Luca.

We stayed here to escape the British winter and we couldn’t have stayed in a better place to both work from and to discover this wonderful part of Italy. Luciano was on hand via messaging, he gave us gifts, cooked for us, dropped a meal in when I was poorly and was all in all the perfect host…without being intrusive. The apartment is a fabulous size, the beds are comfy and there is plenty of room for two people to work…and also good wifi. There are handy supermarkets within a 5 minute walk and larger ones within a 2 minute drive. We’d recommend you have a car to explore the area fully, but there are also plenty of villages close enough to walk/cycle to. For cycling the area is particularly excellent. We loved our time here. Returning is our priority!

Gianluca’s place was perfect for our stay we had everything we needed. We especially loved the very spacious terrace, the pool was amazing and the grounds and the surrounding area was fantastic! Parking was easy, and local shops, bars and restos easy as well. The space is ground floor super easy with a baby! Desi who is manager for check in was absolutely amazing and very helpful. Would recommend this place 10/10! Thanks for the stay would love to come back!

great place directly across the beach with a huge balcony. very small kitchen, but that is ok as there is an excellent restaurant right down stairs

Casa Martin is great for spending your time out of the chaos of the city.... Surrounded by greenery, far from urban streets and therefore with total absence of external noise, with ample green space around the house and fantastic views of the great stone and the entire area on its slopes. We stayed in 8 people for four days as if we were at home, spacious kitchen complete with everything from the oven to the dishwasher, the super working heaters did not make you feel the outside cold. The owner sent us everything there was to know about the house and how to manage it with a practical pdf that explained everything, including how to get to the house itself. Great experience... I recommend it!

Alessandro welcomed us into his home cordially and amicably, briefly explaining the services and directions of the house, an available person, giving full freedom in compliance with the rules. The house itself is beautiful, clean and with all the rooms air-conditioned, in summer it is definitely a positive note, The large, well-kept and fenced garden with an evening atmosphere to enjoy dinners with friends, and for those who also have dogs, well I'll let you imagine their joy (mine was very happy!!). Since I had a wedding in Pescara, I decided to indulge in some relaxation among the olive trees of Silvi... The house is beautiful and clean, in a relaxing and quiet area! Brunella and Gaetano were kind and helpful hosts, they gave me tips on where to get the best brunch, the nearest beaches and the most interesting places to see in the surrounding area. The hammock overlooking the sea was my favorite part of the house!!

I highly recommend this house with the great garden! We enjoyed every moment and were pleasantly surprised at how nice and comfortable everything was. The hosts were extremely helpful and warm, and made our stay truly memorable. Thank you for the great hospitality! We will definitely come back again.

functional apartment, quite modernized internally, there was nothing missing for a week of vacation, not too far from the sea and quiet, host Roberto is a person always ready for any advice.

Special house, spacious and 2 steps from the sea, large garden (there are not many garden houses in this area) with the possibility of organizing grills. Hosts who are friendly and helpful, recommended ;)

Very friendly host, is proactive in providing information and available for any needs. The apartment is very spacious, corresponds to the description and photos, with all amenities, in the city center, there is private parking. The location is great, everything you need is within a walking distance: cafes, bars, restaurants, shops, train station and most importantly 5 minutes to the sea. Ideal for family vacations, highly recommend it.

The apartment is new and although it is small, it has the necessary space for a holiday. We had no problem handling 3 children: two slept on the sofa bed and the smaller one in the camping bed that we have placed next to us. The bathroom is large with a comfortable and spacious shower. The air conditioning is served on the hottest days although in Tortoreto the weather is mild. Private parking under the house and elevator is a convenience not surprisingly when handling a stroller. Maurizio was very kind and always available for any of our requests. Tortoreto is perfect for all families and I recommend Maurizio because it will make you feel like you are at home

Giada is a very good host, even a second sun lounger, bathrobes and more towels were brought to us. The location right on the beach is fantastic, we were able to sit on the balcony with sea views every day and enjoy the view as well as fantastic sunrises. In October, many beach bars are already closed, but you can still find some nice places. Thanks again for having us. Mille Grazie and all the best Sabine

Overall a very nice stay..The view is blocked by a storage facility right in front of the unit, but you are literally 10 steps off the beach. we had to go purchase beach chairs as the unit had nothing on-site to use. The beds are great, I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this 3 Bedroom Apt to anyone!
