Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Province of Terni

Ho trascorso qualche giorno nella casa di Gabriele insieme alla mia famiglia (4 adulti e 2 bambini). Il nostro soggiorno è stato piacevole, l'appartamento corrisponde alle foto, è completo di tutto e molto pulito. Saragano è un posto magico immerso nelle colline dell'Umbria e centrale rispetto alle principali mete. Data la posizione, è indispensabile l'automobile per gli spostamenti. Lo consiglio vivamente!

La casa è bellissima in una posizione incantevole rispetto al lago che si vede dalle camere da letto. Appartamento ristrutturato di recente e con gusto, ambienti bellissimi e comunque molto funzionali con anche divano, tv, sedie comode; tutto è estremamente curato in tutti i dettagli pensati per coccolare l'ospite. C'è tutto ciò che può servire per cucinare e per qualsiasi altra occorrenza, anche per la pulizia della casa (aspirapolvere, ecc..), a tal proposito è da sottolineare l'estrema pulizia trovata al nostro arrivo. Persino la colazione è pensata nei minimi particolari: macchina del caffè con cialde a disposizione, brioches, fette biscottate, ecc... per andare incontro a tutti i gusti. Gli host sono stati gentilissimi e disponibili e ci hanno messo a disposizione anche dei piccoli e graditissimi kit per la cura personale. Consigliatissimo ci torneremmo con estremo piacere!

Siamo stati due giorni nel Casale di Adelaide per staccare e rilassarci un po' come piace fare a noi... mangiando! Da buongustai abbiamo seguito i consigli utilissimi di Adelaide e tra le esperienze più indimenticabili resteranno la cena all'Agriturismo Poggio del Bolognino, ma anche la vasca a 40° gradi delle Terme della Tuscia che abbiamo avuto la fortuna di provare di notte. Tra le attrazioni aggiungerei anche la Macelleria il Pilone, dell'azienda agricola omonima a Lugnano in Teverina, dove abbiamo fatto scorta di carne da riportare a Roma. Aldilà del cibo, vino e acque sulfuree che i dintorni hanno da offrire, la casa è stato un rifugio dalla frenesia cittadina. Adelaide, nonostante la sua assenza, è stata molto presente, disponibile e gentilissima, abbiamo potuto usufruire del barbecue in totale tranquillità ma non mi dispiacerebbe condividerlo anche con lei e la sua famiglia la prossima volta che torneremo

We loved our month at Villa Tucciano! Better than the pictures! Mario was the primo host and went over and above the call of duty to make us comfortable. He even helped us with luggage lost by the airline. His family was nearby and attended to our every need, and also went the extra mile. I cannot say thanks enough! We loved our stay and these wonderful people at their fabulous villa!

Soggiorno meraviglioso! Il Casaletto è un luogo accogliente, curato nei dettagli e immerso nella tranquillità. Ci siamo sentiti subito a casa, grazie anche all’ospitalità e alla disponibilità dei padroni di casa. Un posto dove si torna volentieri, e infatti… speriamo di tornare presto!

My stay at Giacomo’s place was absolutely fantastic! The space was impeccably clean, stylishly designed, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Giacomo was an exceptional host—kind, responsive, and always ready to assist with helpful recommendations for the local area. I truly felt at home and appreciated all the thoughtful touches that made my stay unforgettable. I would highly recommend Giacomo’s place to anyone visiting the area and would love to return in the future!

Casa accogliente e pulitissima. Il salone veramente spazioso e le stanze da letto silenziose e perfette per recuperare le batterie! Posto comodo da raggiungere e le indicazioni per la casa sono state utili. L’host Gabriella è stata gentilissima e ci ha fornito consigli ottimi su dove andare al ristorante e altre cose da fare in zona. Veramente soddisfatti! Grazie mille!!!!

Wspaniałe miejsce, piękne widoki, spokój i cisza, sąsiedztwo gajów oliwnych. Piękny dom zbudowany i wykończony z wysokiej jakości materiałów. Wykonany na zgliszczach starego gospodarstwa. Właścicielki bardzo miłe i pomocne. Miejsce bardzo czyste w środku jak i na zewnątrz. Basen sprzątany codziennie. Z pewnością będziemy polecać to miejsce. Wszystko czego potrzeba czteroosobowej rodzinie na dwa tygodnie wolności.

Appartamento accogliente e con una splendida vista lago! Host davvero cordiali e gentili, posti stupendi da visitare nelle immediate vicinanze e il lago raggiungibile a breve distanza a piedi, anche Bolsena stessa è davvero bella e interessante da visitare! Consigliatissimo! Grazie per la vostra ospitalità!

Posto molto carino e ben curato, la casa in ottime condizioni con prodotti di prima necessità (shampoo, bagnoschiuma sale ecc.) che risultano molto utili. Staff gentilissimo e sempre disponibile. Situato nel verde e con ampio giardino e 3 cani simpaticissimi. Ottima esperienza

We spent a couple of weeks in this beautiful apartment a stone's throw away from stunning Todi. Franco, the very friendly owner, has transformed his childhood home tastefully into a spacious, cosy and immaculate guest house. The use of traditional Umbrian materials, the comfy beds, the chimney give the place a warm atmosphere which immediately makes you feel at home. We spent a lot of time in the large garden with picturesque views across the hilly landscape around Todi. The house is just below a provincial street which thankfully isn't very busy. It's a great base to explore large parts of Umbria, from Orvieto and Perugia to Trevi and Spoleto. Franco went out of his way to make our stay worthwhile - and he very much succeeded.

Upon entry, you immediately realize you are stepping into someplace truly special. The entryway and staircase have been carefully renovated, giving an authentic, powerful sense of history and space. This medieval structure has been beautifully restored with meticulous attention to detail, blending historical charm with a clean, contemporary feel. The furnishings are luxurious and comfortable, creating an open, airy atmosphere that perfectly complements the building’s magnificence. The attention to detail is apparent everywhere. Throughout the apartment, you’ll find precious drawings and tasteful paintings that add a unique, personal touch. Both beds were incredibly comfortable with fresh-smelling linens, making for very restful nights. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook, making it feel like a home away from home. The views from the windows, with fog drifting through the valley, are simply breathtaking. This is a truly remarkable place to stay!

I loved my stay at Marta’s apartment! The apartment is amazing, and much larger than the pictures show. Marta was so welcoming and sweet and easy to communicate with. Great location also, several bars and restaurants on the piazza and a short walk to the sights and the mountain nearby. Will definitely book again for my next trip to Spoleto.

최고예요! 가봤던 에어비앤비 숙소 중에 단연 최고입니다. 아주머니가 너무 친절하셨고, 정말 깔끔하신 성격이라 집이 너무 예쁘고 편하고 관리가 잘 되어 있었습니다. 오르비에토라는 동화같은 마을에서 내 집 같이 편안히 잘 쉬다 갑니다. 하루만 머물다 가서 너무너무 아쉬워요.

My family and I we had a wonderful holiday in this beautiful villa, surrounded by the magical atmosphere of the Umbria countryside. There is nothing we can complain about,everything was perfect,the swimming pool added a plus especially during the 2022 July’s heat wave! The pool was well maintained and daily cleaning service was provided by the owner’s handy man. We really hope to come back next year and make more unforgettable memories at the Hilltop Villa-Orvieto

Ottimo alloggio, fornito di tutti i comfort, è lo consiglio a chiunque passi per Viterbo. L'host è stato cordiale e disponibile. La casa rispetta la descrizione e le foto.

De villa is prachtig gelegen op een heuvel met een adembenemend uitzicht. Hij is heel mooi en luxueus ingericht De 6 slaapkamers zijn erg ruim en elk voorzien van een douche. Enkel de uitrusting van de keuken mocht wat beter. Zo werkte de vaatwasser niet naar behoren en was de BBQ oud en versleten. Maar dat zijn dan ook de enige minpunten. Ook het terras is heel ruim en volledig overkapt wat de nodige bescherming biedt op warme dagen. Er waren 2 lounge sets en 2 grote tafels aanwezig. Het zwembad werd regelmatig gereinigd. Dat gebeurde 's morgens vroeg zodat we daar geen last van hadden. Er waren voldoende ligbedden en parasols alsook handdoeken aanwezig.

We spent Easter at Sabrinas place (4 adults and 2 children) there was plenty of space and the pool and the gardens were lovely. Sabrina cooked a wonderful meal for us too. The house is beautiful but some attention to detail would be needed for it to really stand out (decluttering and better cleaning)The kitchen is quite small but we mainly ate out. Belvedere pizzeria was great! There are many cats around which our children loved and the owners dogs visit too.

Fantastic host and beautiful home! Everything was as described and spotlessly clean! High recommend!

VERY rural location,which we loved,but if you are not used to country living and driving on country roads,the location could be intimidating.We were there in April,too early to be able to use the pool,but we did use the charcoal grill and ate outside several times. The surroundings are spectacular and you can hike up to the charming town of Civitella D'Agliano. There are grocery stores available as well as several pizzerias.We used it as a base for day trips to Umbria and Tuscany. We had a lovely 12 days here!

Wunderschöne Unterkunft! Noch schöner als auf den Fotos 🌞 wir hatten eine richtig gute Zeit und waren sogar im Pool schwimmen :) es war sehr privat und wir hatten für unsere große Gruppe viel Platz. Würde ich auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Claudia war sehr nett und total hilfreich. Toller Restaurant Tipp :)

Soggiorno perfetto per me e il mio cane! Spazi puliti, host sempre disponibile e rapido nelle risposte. Check-in e check-out in autonomia super comodi. Il paesino è incantevole, con vista sulle montagne, e ottimo punto di partenza per esplorare la zona e il lago di Bolsena. La jacuzzi calda dopo le camminate è stata la ciliegina sulla torta!
