appartamento in stradina silenziosa ma vicinissima alle vie principali comodissimo per visitare la città a piedi, casa carina tutto come da descrizione, per accedere ci sono due belle rampe di scale un po' ripide ma oltre questo nulla da dire, ai bambini è piaciuto tantissimo il soppalco con l'amaca effettivamente è uno spazio molto carino unica pecca x gli adulti x accedervi bisogna stare attenti a non sbattere la testa alle travi un po' basse. nel complesso una buona esperienza.

Abbiamo soggiornato nell'app Baltimora ad agosto . La dimora è esattamente come nelle foto: incantevole e con un app davvero stupendo e curato nei dettagli . All'arrivo abbiamo trovato tutto molto pulito e siamo stati accolti con un kit di benvenuto incredibilmente ricco, cosa che non ci era mai capitata in altri luoghi. Si sono premurati di chiedere in anticipo se avessimo intolleranze alimentari dimostrando un'attenzione rara. Abbiamo trascorso momenti di puro relax nella veranda cenando all'aperto e godendoci la tranquillità del posto con tramonti stupendi! La posizione è ideale: in pochi minuti di auto si raggiungono servizi e ristoranti e da lì abbiamo visitato molti luoghi che ci interessavano ritornando poi alla sera a rilassarci in piscina . Un plauso a tutti ..Andreea ,Ralf e Valerio che si sono distinti per gentilezza, disponibilità e attenzione fin da subito rendendo il nostro soggiorno ancora più speciale. Siamo certi che ci torneremo per una futura vacanza in Umbria!

Carla è stata molto gentile e disponibile. L’appartamento si trova subito fuori dal centro (raggiungibile a piedi) con parcheggio gratuito molto comodo. Stanza molto ampia pulita e accogliente. Bagno spazioso e nuovissimo. Consigliato

We had a great stay here. Quiet and private though not too far from the main road and the lakeside town of Bolsena. Wonderful pool with sunshade and sunbeds provided, amazing view over Lake Bolsena, clean apartment, comfy beds, lovely outside (if you want) eating set up, tennis court, table tennis, table football, gym, friendly welcome ... what more could you want. With regards to visiting the area, the location of Agriturismo Pomele is ideal - overlooking Lake Bolsena and very near lots of pretty hilltop towns. We visited Pitigliano, Sovana, Sorano, Orvieto, Bagnoregio, and of course Bolsena a few times. All really interesting towns with quaint streets to wander down, towers to climb, Cathedrals to marvel at and generally the odd cave or 2. Whilst driving around, you cross the border from Lazio to Umbria and also Tuscany, which is interesting as each area varies from each other a little. I always forget but a hint I'd tell myself for next time, is to pack a few mini 'essentials' for when you stay at AirBNBs such as this so that you don't have to go buying new stuff every time. Such as: washing up liquid, dishcloth, salt and pepper grinders, seasonings that you use a lot ... They provide tea towels and the other usual towels. Apparently you can buy Olive Oil and Wine from there which I wish we'd known before buying a huge bottle on the way. My fault as I should have just asked! Anyway, these are minor things really - just as an add-on! Thanks Clara and team - we hope to be back one day!

Irene was a very nice host and took care of us really well. She even baked us a home made apple cake as a welcome gift! We originally booked 3 nights but because we had a 8m old baby with us, the hot Italian summer temperature became a slightly an issue for us as it was difficult for our daughter to settle into her daily sleep routine. Irene was kind and understanding of our situation. We were able to work out a plan to shorten our booking and she offered to find us alternative stay as well given her other rooms are already booked. From one parent to another, we are really appreciative of her understanding and willingness to work with guests due to unforeseen circumstances that are outside of everyone’s control.

Lovely little place, thank you Francesco and his dad who had loads of stories to tell about Guardea. Just a note, I understood that the garden was shared but thought that the two parts of the house had private terraces let's say. But no the whole garden is shared, by including table etc. which is nice, but also better to know, for who has a dog for example

Location molto bella, tranquilla, sicura e pulita, offre area fitness e possibilità di ammirare la natura circostante e respirare aria pulita, non lontana dal centro e facilmente raggiungibile con mezzi privati o pubblici. Personale accogliente, educato e disponibile, ho potuto constatare un ottimo rapporto tra foto e descrizione dei servizi dal sito web e la struttura stessa. Ci tornerò sicuramente, mi sono trovato molto bene, se si è in cerca di un posto dove potersi appoggiare, è quello giusto.

Posto meraviglioso siamo stati 7 giorni con un bambino piccolo si è divertito tantissimo !una ricchezza avere il grande giardino con le oche! Pierpaolo e Max fantastici

Angela è una grandissima host lei e tutta la famiglia ci hanno accolto calorosamente. La location incantevole, così come nelle foto, regala una splendida vista su Spoleto facilmente raggiungibile anche a piedi (10 min). Ci tornerò sicuramente, consigliatissimo!!

Claudio e Adriana sono stati dei padroni di casa impeccabili. La loro disponibilità e cortesia ha reso il soggiorno più che piacevole, facendoci sentire come a casa. Una nota stra positiva, va alla piscina ad uso esclusivo nostro. Ciò che si vede nelle fotografie e ciò che si trova al 100%. Se si vuole ricaricare le batterie ed essere in Umbria qui si fa centro. Grazie ancora per tutto Claudio ed Adriana, anche per la carbonara ed gli assaggi dei liquori. Vi daremo notizie di come usciranno i Pici all'aglione qui a Brescia.

Wir haben eine Woche in diesem wunderbaren abgeschieden Haus verbracht und jede Minute genossen. Hier kann man wunderbar zur Ruhe kommen, den traumhaften Blick genießen, jeden Winkel des Gartens erkunden, sich im Pool erfrischen und ausgiebig in der bestens ausgestatteten Küche kochen. Das Haus is so detailliert und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und seine Steinmauern und - böden bieten Kühle in der Nacht. In der nähren und weiteren Umgebung gibt es vieles zu entdecken und besichtigen. Alles in allem ein fantastisches Erlebnis.

Bellissimo alloggio, molto pulito, ottimamente equipaggiato e curato in ogni dettaglio. Comodo parcheggio. Ottima posizione in zona molto quieta con vista su Spoleto. Il centro di Spoleto è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi in circa 10 minuti. Debora e suo marito ci hanno accolto molto bene e sono stati fin da subito molto cordiali e gentili, fornendoci anche preziosi consigli su cosa visitare nei dintorni e posti dove mangiare. Ci siamo trovati davvero benissimo! Assolutamente raccomandato! Speriamo di poter tornare magari fermandoci qualche giorno in più per esplorare maggiormente la Valnerina e questa bellissima zona dell'Umbria.

We had wonderful week at Monika's and Pino's property. The houses, garden and pool are unbelievably beautiful and superbly maintained, it is truly a green oasis in the middle of the lovely village. Both Pino and Monika were very welcoming and supernice hosts. They showed us around the area and were just lovely to be around. The villages around San Lorenzo di Nuovo were also well worth the visit, displaying some of the remarkable etruskan buildings and heritage. We can highly recommend staying here, you will enjoy every minute of it. Thank you, Monika and Pino, for such a lovely holiday.

Great place if you want to see the surrounding areas. Patrizia responds fast to any questions you have. Nice clean house with a good view on the lake. Walking to Montefiascone is doable, though you have to walk up a hill. All in all great value for money!
