Beautiful place to spend a quiet weekend with friends, the owners were hospitable and always available for anything you needed, the house is tidy and clean, the view is beautiful. We'll be back.

Antonio is a very nice host who always takes care of the house and his guests. The 4 apartments were very good and also convenient for our group vacation. Parking is more than enough on the property as cars are also mandatory to get to the house. Furthermore, the pool is very good and also very large. Enough space to have fun. Antonio came several times to clean the pool, which was very good. Other shade options such as umbrellas or another pavilion would be good, otherwise you have to take them with you beforehand.

Great location to use as a base to visit the surroundings of Soriano nel Cimino and Viterbo yet calm, verdant and peaceful surroundings to rest and recharge after a day of sightseeing. A perfect vacation.

A really great place! The apartment is spacious, fully equipped and with a private entrance, which guarantees full freedom and privacy. Everything is exactly as in the photos – maybe even better! The owner, Francesco, is very kind, helpful and very communicative – it was a real pleasure to get away with him. A great plus are also the Italian breakfasts included in the price, served in a very cozy and authentic typical bar. Highly recommended!

It is a tidy and cozy accommodation in a peaceful countryside. You can feel the host's sincerity in the house. But it was a little cold. I was satisfied with everything else.

It was a great 3 days, we were also able to turn on the grill. Although the weather was not great, the house was super comfortable and we took the opportunity to rest in total silence and tranquility. Irene was valuable in her tips and was able to provide us with precise directions to the house. Super cozy geta with us.

A small and beautiful corner of paradise immersed in the Umbrian countryside. Rina and her son were super welcoming and available to provide us with all the comforts possible during the stay. In addition, the apartment is a gem, tastefully furnished and in a strategic position to tour the towns around such as Spoleto, Gubbio, Todi, Assisi, etc. thanks again to Rina and her family for this stay.

Marco's apartment is a great base for exploring the rest of Umbria. So many beautiful towns nearby: Bevagna, Trevi, Todi, Spello, Spoleto, Assisi... The photos really don't do the apartment justice. The bed was super comfortable, and there were plenty of linens and towels for our 2 week stay. The bathroom is enormous! We enjoyed having cocktails on the front terrace and watching the sunset. The apartment was very easy to find. Marco's family were all very nice and friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed.

Very nice and well cared for place, the house is in excellent condition with basic products (shampoo, body soap, salt, etc.) that are very useful. Very kind staff and always available. Located in the greenery and with a large garden and 3 very nice dogs. Great experience

A wonderful place, secluded, perfect for those who want to be quiet. The garden in front of the house has sun loungers, a pergola with chairs and tables is a marvel with direct views of the lake. Eating outdoors during the sunset on Lake Bolsena was wonderful. A place I recommend to all couples who want some privacy. Not very suitable for families with small children. Convenient location to visit Viterbo, Orvieto and all the beauty of the surroundings. Hello, the managers who immediately responded to any of our questions and requests. holiday home "la brtonara" is a beautiful place surrounded by greenery 2 steps from Viterbo.... beautiful pool, beautiful apartment, equipped with everything but just everything to spend a vacation between relaxation and culture... the owners are fantastic..... kind, available and never intrusive.... every morning they pampered us with excellent homemade treats (very good)... what to say... beautiful experience, I hope to be able to return as soon as possible.... thank you Mauro, thank you Nadia.... you were the top!!!!

We were happy to start the days for breakfast all together in the large common room, equipped with all the comforts, namely kitchen , sofas, and wonderful views on each side of the Umbrian countryside. The lavender bushes, the pomegranate trees, the flowers around your liking: a natural environment ideal for relaxing and staying with friends! Awesome! And then we had the opportunity to visit the beautiful historic center of Todi not far away and reach other villages in a short time. A unique experience to recommend and repeat. Lucia

I had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful property, and it was a fantastic experience from every point of view. The apartment is exactly as described in the listing: clean, cozy and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The location is ideal, with easy access to nearby shops and tourist resorts. the garden is beautiful and equipped with a barbecue area and the view is open to the valley. Daniela was extremely kind and helpful, responding quickly to all my questions. I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a comfortable and stress-free stay. I look forward to returning, perhaps in the summer.

It was a very good experience to stay here and it was perfect for a two night stay.When the visitors are scattered, the whole city of Sky is quiet, it is beautiful!Luggage was not a problem, would have been arranged, no worries.People are simple and kind, and the restaurants inside are very delicious.

The host Geneva is available and affable, but what makes the difference is the apartment: there are, it is true, three floors to do without stairs but the view from the terrace undoubtedly pays off. Comfortable beds, clean linens and even a pair of slippers available. Pleasant promise kept, the coffee machine with the pods. I don't know if and when we will return to Viterbo, but in that case this apartment will definitely be at the top of the list of options to consider

Chiara’s home was wonderful. Very cozy and comfortable. She was a great host with clear instructions about things in the home which could sometimes get confusing when you’re visiting from another country. My group really enjoyed their stay here. I would recommend her home to anyone visiting the city!

The apartment was clean, and I especially liked that the parking lot was spacious and comfortable. They prepared simple refreshments, so it was better ^ ^ The owner explained the tourist attractions and provided directions, so I was able to use it well. It was a good accommodation.

No other than Amazing! A hidden gem in the heart of Tuscany. Never have we felt so truly welcome and almost part of the family from day 1. Stunning views from the apartment windows, beautiful and authentic furnitures and cool rooms in the tuscan heat. Many, many, many recommendations from the whole family!❤️

Rita was very welcoming! We do not speak Italian and Rita speaks very little English but she was so welcoming and the place was wonderful! She made sure we felt at home! Peaceful place to sleep and the view was wonderful! She also gave us a welcome basket with her olive oil from her farm! The price of the Airbnb is very reasonable, but she does charge a small fee if you use the ac/heater. We came at a perfect time of year and didn’t have to use it!

Simona's place was spotlessly clean and charming, with thoughtfully curated furnishings and an incredible view overlooking the surrounding countryside. We loved everything about it. It is convenient for exploring most of the city on foot, yet far enough away from the action that it's a peaceful respite. We didn't take the bus, but there is a bus is stop within 20 meters or so from the front door. Communication and support were excellent. We'd happily stay again.
