Cosy and clean apartment, well equipped for longer stays. The communication with host Annalisa was perfect, she helped us many times. I can only recommend.

Advantages: Cristiana is very responsive and helpful. The apartment is in an excellent location in the city center. Despite it being a Saturday night, the apartment was quiet. Free parking is available, but it's actually public parking, not private — something guests should be aware of, as availability may vary. The apartment itself is comfortable and well-equipped. Disadvantages: I wasn’t informed before booking that the host requires uploading passport information — including biometric data (a photo of your face) — to an unverified link provided only after the reservation is confirmed. This link appears to be created by the host, not an official platform for tourist registration. Without uploading the requested documents, the host does not provide check-in instructions. This raises serious privacy and security concerns. Had I known this in advance, I would not have booked the apartment. Additionally, the address provided leads to the wrong location if you follow google maps

Giacomo was really friendly. Keyless entry and the garage were excellent features.

Super location in the old town; next to the canal that flows through Udine, therefore very quiet. Annamaria took great care of us.

Everything was in order, good accommodation, fully equipped, close to the beach. Parking spot, on the other hand, is hard to find all over Grado

Communication with Ilaria was very friendly, apartment is comfortable. We spent most of the time at the sea so I cannot say anything about the surroundings, except that there were mosquitos but windows have protection screens so no problem inside. Climatisation is great benefit as well!

We stayed 5 nights at Erica's with 2 children. Very quiet, friendly area, close to the beach. The apartment is very comfortable, well equipped, clean. Spacious nice terrace where it was nice to have breakfast, bunk beds and toys for the kids, super parking space for the car, and bicycles which we were happy to use. Erika is very nice and helpful, her apartment video is great! All in all a very ideal and pleasant place to stay!

Franco and Linda were adorable. Linda welcomed us to give us the keys and show us the house. Then we had the pleasure of meeting Franco too: together they recommended beautiful places to visit nearby and even made themselves available to accompany us. The house has a fantastic stove for the winter. The house is impeccable, super clean, equipped with any accessory for the kitchen and also for the bathroom. In addition, the house is also equipped with sheets, towels and blankets. There is a large terrace with mountain views. In less than 100 meters you can reach services such as a bakery, bar, pharmacy in a few minutes on foot! Again, Linda and Franco were wonderful hosts, among the best I've ever met Obviously, the house is super recommended for a weekend of relaxation and peace! Excellent!!

Ines was incredibly helpful and facilitated a smooth check in. the flat is in the perfect spot right on the Piazza with a wonderful view!

We did not have the pleasure of meeting Vasco, but we got to spend time with Giacomo, who is very helpful, friendly and informative. Giacomo provided a quick (and, for us, better!) solution when we found the washing machine was not working as expected. We had been traveling a couple of weeks and so his help was very important! The house is ideal if occupied by the same family so that the grand, historic ground floor and rooftop terrace can be fully enjoyed. We rented just one apartment but there were no other guests; so we had use of the entire common space ourselves. Walking to restaurants and cafes in Cormons is about 15 minutes along via Colombicchio and via San Giovanni —this route offers views of the hills, as opposed to a quicker route through uninspiring residential streets. The location just on the edge of town is convenient for making day trips by car. The location is not rural, but there are fine views over green hills from the apartment.

Very clean apartment in a comfortable and quiet area. Very kind host and always willing to provide additional information to improve the stay. The whole experience was easy and without any issues.

Warm and welcoming apartment, we only stayed one night but we had a really good time. Bright, spacious and clean - six people were great! Glauco and his sister were very kind, always responsive and available to our questions/requests. Highly recommended!

We have been in the accommodation for the 3rd consecutive year and are still enthusiastic... location, amenities, cleanliness and communication leaves nothing to be desired.

Amazing stay! We were travelling with our 10 month old and Silvia’s place was very well equipped! She arranged a baby cot and high chair which was very thoughtful. There’s everything you need in the house from cooking, shower to having a good nights sleep. She also has 2 bikes for us to ride around instead of paying 15 euros/day at the rental shop. Silvia was always available and responsive . Grazie Mille silvia for all the effort!

You will definitely love your stay at Nives and Giancarlo! :) Why? Nice, spacious, newly renovated & well equipped appartment (big bathroom, cosmetic miniatures - all you need for your stay, well equipped kitchen). Fabulous, large swimming pool with salt water only for 2 appartments (we enjoyed the pool most of the time as private, the other app.was not occupied during our stay). Very nice hosts Nives and Giancarlo, who really take care of us,on the other hand kept our privacy. Sweet surprise every morning.

The hosts were very responsive and friendly. The gentleman met us and showed us everything. We were welcomed with Prosecco and snacks. The apartment is very clean, tidy and has a beautiful spacious balcony. In the summer there is also an outdoor pool. The apartment is fully equipped. The kitchen is really fully equipped so you won't miss anything and you will cook like at home. The parking lot in front of the building is really spacious, there is also a Spar right next to it. Excellent starting point and walking routes to the center of Grad. Of course, an excellent starting point for cyclists too. We felt at home. Thank you very much for the warm welcome and kindness.
