Check-in was a breeze! The host, Elaine, provided clear instructions, making it easy to find and access the property. The place was spotless and incredibly clean, just as described. The bed was very comfortable, and the overall ambiance was cozy and welcoming. The property had the amenities we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen. The location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions and public transport. The neighborhood's felt safe and pleasant. Elaine was very friendly and responsive, making our stay even more enjoyable. Everything matched the listing perfectly. Highly recommend staying here.

Great location! On the rail trail for walking and biking, and just down the street from lots of great restaurants and shops.

Carina was always reachable and available, even for check-in, with a lot of flexibility. Cute apartment with everything you need. Access to the pool was quite complicated, but it wasn't Carina's fault. Only those who have sun loungers in the green beach can go to the pool. You had to upgrade to have two more loungers, but in return your loungers are lost on the beach. The only person who could tell me about the location of the sun loungers was the lifeguard. Uncompetent staff for such a bathing establishment.

Great apartment, matching the description (if not better), within walking distance of the center. With a garage and, with a little patience and luck, with free parking a stone's throw away. Beautiful environment with super-equipped kitchen. A magnificent terrace with spectacular views of the city center. Professional and pleasant host. Super satisfied and highly recommended.

the little house is beautiful! Very welcoming, clean, thoughtful and with everything you need even for longer stays. it is located in a very quiet street and very close to the center. Michela (co-host) was very kind and precise in giving us all the directions to the house.

Large, clean and tidy apartment, equipped with all comforts. The Stube on emitted a special warmth and a sense of serenity. Sabrina warmly welcomed us by giving us precise and punctual directions.

We really enjoyed our holiday in Villagio Europa. The house is practically furnished. The kids quickly met friends and played a lot. Only small point of criticism. Check-in is guaranteed between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. as soon as the house is clean. According to the description, we were guaranteed to be 4 pm. We had to wait a little over one hour.

It was really awesome to stay in the house after long trip in the surrounding mountains. The house is very spacious and has all the necessary things. The breakfast with fresh croissants and bread was so good. Thank you very much.

Advantages: Cristiana is very responsive and helpful. The apartment is in an excellent location in the city center. Despite it being a Saturday night, the apartment was quiet. Free parking is available, but it's actually public parking, not private — something guests should be aware of, as availability may vary. The apartment itself is comfortable and well-equipped. Disadvantages: I wasn’t informed before booking that the host requires uploading passport information — including biometric data (a photo of your face) — to an unverified link provided only after the reservation is confirmed. This link appears to be created by the host, not an official platform for tourist registration. Without uploading the requested documents, the host does not provide check-in instructions. This raises serious privacy and security concerns. Had I known this in advance, I would not have booked the apartment. Additionally, the address provided leads to the wrong location if you follow google maps

Lovely home! The “smart home” made everything very easy to use. We were offered a key but never used it because the smart locks worked so well. The hosts thought of every little detail, there was even a treat for us waiting the first evening. We felt right at home. It was a great stay and will be our first choice for future trips in the area.

The apartment is in a perfect location, convenient to visit the city on foot, and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay: well-equipped kitchen, cared for and clean spaces, quiet environment. Located in a quiet area near the center, equipped with many amenities, the apartment proves comfortable and livable with a large convivial space; a kitchen with everything you need including a microwave and dishwasher, a comfortable new bathroom, equipped with a washer and dryer, a very livable bedroom with large closets. Cristina was immediately very friendly and helpful as well as responsive in communications. Recommended!

The apartment is very well equipped with everything you need for a stay in Udine. The location close to the center stands out in particular: in a few minutes you can reach all the sights and special places. In the area you will also find very good restaurants and bars. If you arrive by car, we recommend the cheap Moretti parking lot (parcheggio Moretti), from where you can reach the apartment in 5 minutes. Communication with Antonio is very good, he answers all questions and you can arrange the check-in flexibly with him. We stayed in the apartment for the second time and we will book with Antonio again on a next stay in Udine.
