The house and the entire complex were beautiful. The furnishings were of very high quality, the beds were excellent. Since we unfortunately had a lot of bad luck with the weather, we/our children were very happy about the hot tub. Especially suitable for guests with dogs. I had an unforgettable time with my fiancé in a charming cottage in the heart of Tuscany. This place is a true paradise for those seeking peace, tranquility, and close contact with nature. From the very first day, we were delighted with the surroundings - picturesque landscapes, greenery, and silence, which allowed for complete relaxation. The cottage itself was perfect. The sauna and hot tub outdoors were a great way to relax after a day of sightseeing. The grill was invaluable; we could prepare delicious meals outdoors, enjoying local specialties. The absence of neighbors within a few kilometers was a true luxury that allowed us to completely disconnect from the hustle and bustle of the city. Tuscany turned out to be the perfect place for a romantic getaway. I recommend this cottage to everyone who wants to spend time surrounded by nature, away from everyday stress. It's the perfect place to recharge your batteries and create unforgettable memories.

Gianluca was a very caring host. Accessibility and communication easy, straightforward and fast - in very good English. The place is great for anyone looking for peace and privacy. The house has everything it needs for a nice vacation including a large pool, sauna and hot tub. Gianluca recommended very good restaurants and excursion destinations. The property is set in a stunning location and the grounds are beautiful. Kavinda was very warm and approachable at check in and was extremely helpful and accommodating for the duration of our stay. We made regular use of the BBQ and outdoor dining, and the pool area was perfect for lazy days. I would highly recommend staying at the property again in the future as a base to explore the surrounding area. The location is a few miles out of Celleno and there are no pavements so a car is required to reach the property. We hope to return again!

Great experience, everything as advertised. The apartment is in the historic center of Todi and not reachable by car, I didn't understand this exactly, but exceptional check-in with reception in a special free parking lot from which they took us with our suitcases to the front door. Unfortunately, it was not possible to do the same at check-out and the only small flaw of the vacation was having to return to the car on foot with the suitcases, on a very hot morning. I recommend trying to agree with the host also on the check-out time to understand how to organize it better.

We had a great time at Angela and Enzo's place. We really appreciated their availability to make us feel at home. The decor is superb! The house, the wooded garden, the vegetable garden... it was a real pleasure to have our meals quietly, on the shaded terrace overlooking the fields ❤️🌿☀️ A big thank you for your kindness and all your little touches, we will keep a great memory of you, your pretty little house and beautiful Italy ❤️🇮🇹 A large abbraccio bella gente!!

Really huge and clean apartment with everything you need to make the most of your stay. Functional spaces to be able to relax in the best way and girls at the reception are very helpful. The experience of free spas is also good after a day of walking. Highly recommended everything! Go back to

Stefano and his wife Romina were amazing hosts. Always available to help and reply pretty quickly and proactive with local recommendations. The pace was really nice and cozy The location is quite private as you need to go through a not so busy road but it is a really nice path with lots of trees, bushes and wild animals that we saw (specially at night) Even though we had some issues in the airport and arrived way later that planned Romina, was always available and kind to be at the house to do the check in and and brief house tour. I completely recommend this place if you want a quiet place, cozy house and great hosts.

We visited in the spring and didn’t use the outdoor spaces at all because it was too cold. I think enjoying the lake views from the patios are a special part of this home. Inside, house was clean, beds were pretty comfortable and kitchen was large enough to do food prep. It’s a very quick trip into town for groceries and restaurants. Actually, there are multiple towns around the lake with shops and dining so there are lots of choices. Wish we had been here during the summer for kayaking on the lake.

Extremely gorgeous lake retreat. Pictures do not do it justice. No one speaks english there at all, but thankfully wifi is fast and translate works.

Luca was a great host, the farmhouse is in a secluded location with a nice view. There was an inconvenience but Luca was timely and resolved the issue.

This was the loveliest Airbnb stay I've ever had. I spent five days in July. For Americans who may deterred by the lack of air conditioning, I will offer that this was during an intense heatwave, but I slept very comfortably due to the cool bedrooms set back into the hillside. Grocery was convenient and the kitchen had absolutely everything I needed to use local ingredients for dinner Al fresco every night. The property included much private outdoor space, the view of orvieto and the vineyards, access to a large pool, and even a very friendly and delightful little donkey. Would give six stars if I could!

The experience at Paola's place can be described simply as "it was like being with family" For those who want to visit the area, I highly recommend it The apartment reflects the listing photos exactly, but the difference, fortunately, is still in the hands of the people!😊
