El Mayorazgo: Casa Montes. Palencia Mountains

El Mayorazgo is a rural tourism complex made up of three full rental houses, located in one of the most unique buildings in Cordovilla de Aguilar from which it takes its name. Originally from the 17th century, it is a complex mix of buildings that welcomed all the uses and needs of the rural agricultural and livestock economy of this area. A careful rehabilitation has resulted in three homes with very different personalities, based on a respectful transformation.

The Mountain House

You will love our wooden and stone country house in the very center of Lierganes with panoramic views. Very bright and quiet three-story house. Newly renovated and tastefully and lovingly decorated. A very cozy space with wooden beams, a fireplace, and a small patio to rest after a day at the beach or in the mountains. It's an ideal house for families or groups of friends. The house is fully furnished, with kitchen utensils and bathroom included.

El Pinche Rural House

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay surrounded by nature. This is a stone house renovated in 2024 and located in Quincoces de Yuso, a quiet village that has all kinds of services such as a butcher shop, greengrocer, bakery, pharmacy, health center, bars and restaurants. On Saturdays, there is a weekly market where you can buy a wide variety of food. In the surroundings you can practice sports such as hiking and cycling
