Studio apartment in great location! Has a Queen Bed, kitchenette, and outside garden area. Modern AC and ceiling fans. Lots of beach equipment. I have backup water cistern and solar energy (not for AC). Located in the community of Esperanza, two blocks from the Malecon. Beaches, snorkeling, restaurants, BioBay tours, groceries, & bakery are close by. Our beaches and BioBay are spectacular. Casa de Kathy has been rated EXCELLENT on TripAdvisor since 2003.

Walk distance from Sea Glass beach, restaurants, markets and pharmacy. 2&1, complete kitchen, dining/living room with sofa-bed. First room-queen bed/ Second room 2 twin beds and 1 full bed with a/c.
