Apartment in the center of Saint Martin, excellent location. Perfect starting point to visit the island by bike. The apartment was lovely. Marina welcomed us with great sympathy. i highly recommend it.

A great stay at Linda's. We found a very clean and well-stocked accommodation. a very nice terrace with full sun. The residence is quiet. Linda welcomed us on arrival, she was good advice, very kind and very accommodating for the arrival and departure time as well as for the bike storage. We thank her very much. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the island of Oléron is very beautiful and well supplied with bike paths and in addition with the sun!

We were delighted to spend a few days in this accommodation: it is very well located, very clean, consistent with the photos, the place is quiet and peaceful and the interior is well appointed. There is everything you need on site, the bedding is of good quality. The balcony with sea view as well as the private parking space are a real plus. The hosts were kind and responsive.

Laure is a hostess who deserves her good reviews: nothing to say. Top accommodation...Providing bikes is better to get to the center of La Rochelle (10 min by the canal) otherwise 30 min walk. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Perfect accommodation, very good quality of furniture and bedding , the jacuzzi option is very pleasant. Teddy is very responsive , responds quickly to questions and issues that may arise. You can book this place without a second thought.

Functional and well-located accommodation on the ground floor to discover La Rochelle on foot (approx. 30 min) and the surroundings by car. The walk at the end of the World nearby is very pleasant to walk your dog. The bedding is great. Sonia and Cédric are also very friendly hosts. We would recommend it.

We came several times to La Rochelle, but this location is without any one of the best: literally 2 steps from the market and 5 steps from the old port. In addition, Carole is the very definition of the super-host, call before check-in to make sure everything goes smoothly, she answers ALL the questions, she is committed to making sure everything goes smoothly. And as a bonus we had everything available in the apartment, coffee, pasta, sweets:-), small book with lots of good places, nicely arranged apartment... We had a great extended WE and we sincerely thank Carole and Pascal.

We just spent 2 nights with 3 people in this apartment and loved our stay. This minimalist space had everything you need to make sure it went smoothly. Jean-François and Florence are very responsive and caring hosts and have very good recommendations. Clean accommodation and very well located. Only problem: the outdoor heated pool only opens from May and not at the end of April as written in the description. We recommend the eyes closed!

An excellent studio located about 25-30’ walk to the old town. Easy access and parking and access to a swimming pool onsite. The studio is small but well designed and optimised for the space. The AC is not a wall unit and is very noisy. We therefore needed to open the door to the terrace and there was a lot of noise in the apartments opposite from young men having a party till 2am each night. With ear plugs we were fine. We were very happy with the apartment otherwise and recommend the host.

Welcoming host. The place matches the description and is great for a vacation. To have a parking space, allowed us to leave our car safe and do everything by bike.
