It's 10 minute walk down to heart of the village where there are several restaurants, a café, a grocery store, tourism office and a weekly market. From the Kitchen-living space you have direct access to the paved patio under the vines and kiwi tree. The shared, unheated pool is open from April till October.

Le Rêve, or The Dream, are two apartments with their own pool uniquely shared between them. The two apartments are adjacent to our villa in the charming village of Magalas, Languedoc. Although tranquil, Magalas has several restaurants and shops in the centre (7 min walk from the house). Each apartment sleeps two. Perfect for one couple, or for two couples travelling together, if you rent both apartments. Now also with air-condition in the bedroom. Not suitable for children. No pets.

110 m2 loft composed of two bedrooms with double bed 160 x 200 (sheets and towels provided), shower room, living room, dining room. Charming mansion close to the vineyards and 30 minutes from the sea. 🚶‍♂️ You are 8 minutes' walk from local shops: grocery store, bakery, tobacco, restaurant, hairdresser, etc. The house can accommodate up to 6 people with all the necessary comforts. 🌿 Optionally, an independent wooden eco-lodge (Dome) in the garden can accommodate 2 additional people (total capacity: 8 people), by reservation and with a supplement. The two apartments are never rented at the same time.
