Great, clean apartment with spacious space and well furnished, including the kitchen. The apartment is as pictured and has a good location (town within walking distance). Thank you for the great communication and instructions for arrival and departure. Only the parking space was not always available. We can recommend the apartment.

Tijana and her family were extremely helpful when I needed support and help . They offered great information about local facilities. Such a great place close to lots of amenities especially if you like swimming . I felt the space was comfortable for me on my own . I would definitely stay here again.

Irene’s b&b was perfect. So well located in Motovun. Incredibly comfortable, clean and well equipped. The views from every windows are stunning. Even the water pressure in the shower was excellent! Irene was so helpful and responsive. We would go back without a doubt.

My favourite thing was the big terrace. Dragana is a great host!

A perfect place to rest after discovering Istria… near Pula, Rovinij and Poce. The pool is bigger than what you see in the photos. The hosts are lovely! We were greeted with cold, white wine and a sausage tray for dinner.

The apartment was beautiful, spacious and modern. The view was absolutely amazing! There was a small shallow beach a minute away walking and the kids enjoyed looking for sea cucumbers, snails and hermit crabs. About 15-20 min walking to the city center, and less to the big grocery store (we didn’t walk though as it was way too hot and used our car). A lot of things to explore around the place by car. Definitely recommend!

That was the most perfect vacation EVER! To be honest, we couldn't have done a better stroke of luck. The apartment: 1a! Pomer (the place): sugar sweet and nice and quiet. The location: phenomenal - every major city was only a few minutes away by car. The beach nearby: Fantastic and not crowded (which is always the case in Croatia). The communication with Nebojsa: Great! We are great, super, super happy! How nice we found and selected you ♥️

The stay in this beautiful apartment was perfect in every way and far exceeded our expectations. The house has a very good location, the center of Opatija is only a short walk away, several swimming options are within minutes walking. The apartment itself is even larger than it looks in the photos, is very high quality and was spotlessly clean. There are three separate sleeping areas (each with a large double bed, a private bathroom). The apartment offers several balconies with fantastic sea views. Another highlight is the large terrace "behind the house" with a private hot tub, large grill, another kitchen in the small annex and seating at a large table. There is a fixed parking lot at the house, which can be easily accessed. For people with reduced mobility, it could be a shortcoming that the apartment is only accessible via some stairs.

The location is better than you think. The parking garage (Paid parking) is just around the corner, and you are just steps away from the Riva and the main stretch. There are a dozen restaurants within a 5 minute walk. The apartment itself is a unique and cool design. Overall, would stay there again.

We had a very nice stay. Nastovi wasn't there, but her relatives were really nice and welcoming. The apartment was very comfortable and had a great view. The beach is only 15 minutes by car and labin has a very cute old town and various possibilites to buy all the stuff you need. At departure Josep and Betty gave us some tomatoes and cucumbers, very lovely! We would love to come back here 💜
