Sehr gute Lage mitten im Ort. Dennoch ruhig. Schöne Terrasse. 2 weitere Balkons mit schönen Ausblicken. Gut ausgestattete Küche. Optimal auch für 4 Personen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

I enjoyed my one-month stay at Vittorio’s place. Vittorio is very friendly and personable. The place is close to the train/bus station so you can easily explore other cities in Sicily by public transit if you don’t have a car. It’s also close to Vittoria’s city centre. The place was clean and it has a large TV, a small kitchen and a balcony. It has fast internet and a desk so you can use it if you are working remotely. The studio is also not on the street side so it’s quiet. Recommended!

We stayed at Luigi's place for 2 nights on our trip through Sicily. It was a great stay, although make sure to follow his instructions with regard to parking if you arrive by car as we had a very tight squeeze through the street itself! The free carparks are very close by and convenient. Great location, 5 mins from the centre of Caltagirone. We would definitely stay again next time we visit. Thank you!

Cudowne miejsce, piękniejsze niż na zdjęciach, dopracowane w każdym szczególe. Luca jest artystą i to widać w jego wnętrzach. Linda opiekowała się nami i mieszkaniem, bardzo nam pomogła w wielu kwestiach. Jesli będę w Syrakuzach, bardzo chciałabym tam wrócić. Jest to najładniejszy apartament, w jakim byłam we Włoszech.

Logement en plein centre ville, très bien équipé, huile d’olive à disposition et panier de bienvenue. Hôte disponible et de bon conseil ! Murs assez fins mais voisins discrets !

Alverios place is in a great area. Very easy to walk to the island and explore Syracuse. American coffe maker was an added plus! Parking can be an issue at times.

This is a great property. The location could not be beat -- easy to access, close to parking, and in the heart of everything. The apartment is beautiful -- very spacious, quiet given its central location, beautifully furnished, and well equipped with everything you need. Maria Grazia was a lovely host -- very friendly and welcoming, proactive in making arrangements, gave clear instructions, and was very responsive. She even arranged for ZTL access, so it was easy to pull right up and drop the bags off. Highly recommend!

El apartamento es excelente! Impecable! Y no falta nada. Todos los detalles muy bien pensados!Giorgio y su familia son muy simpáticos y hospitalarios. Me han recogido en la Estación del tren porque el bus local no venía, Paola fue muy cordial 🥰cuando me maree en el trayecto. Si estás a pie, que ha sido mi caso, no es muy práctico, ya que el bus pasa cada 1 hora, pero puedes descargar la aplicación y saber los horarios para moverte. El último bus desde el Puente de Ortigia sale 19.50! En cuanto al ruido, justo ahora, al lado hay una Construcción de edificios, por lo que desde muy temprano te despiertas con las máquinas! Estimo que al concluir ya no existirá esta molestia pasajera. Por la noche es muy silencioso y tranquilo! Recomiendo este lugar al 100%, en especial si tienes auto y quieres estar lejos del movimiento turístico intenso. Ortigia es Preciosa ! Wir waren mit unseren 2 Töchtern (7 und 11) dort und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Der Pool ist großartig! Der Check In war sehr flexibel, das Haus gut zu finden. Der Weg zum Haus ist etwas holprig, aber machbar. Wir haben Ausflüge nach Noto, Avola, Syrakus, zum Cava Grande und an einige umliegende Strände gemacht. Alles war traumhaft schön! Das Haus ist hierfür ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt. Unsere Kontakte vor Ort haben immer schnell geantwortet und gute Tipps gegeben. Auch der Check Out hat gut geklappt. Absolut empfehlenswert!

I stayed at Emma's place with my daughter, son-in-law and 2 young grandsons and it was the perfect place for a family! The villa is beautifully furnished and equipped for cooking all of the fresh vegetables and seafood you can purchase in the local farmer's market! The outdoor area comes with a great pool and an amazing view over the sea. We were there in February so it was too cold for the pool but it is beautiful to look out across the pool to the sea and we did have picnics by the pool. My grandsons had the entire outdoor surroundings to use as a playground and they had a wonderful time collecting snails and joining us for walks down the little lane at the bottom of the driveway. The house is close to Siracusa and Notta and we found a great spot called Cava d'Espica with an old water mill that is a "living" museum! We also loved exploring Old Town (centro historico) Modica The communication with Emma was easy and Saro the local housekeeper was very friendly.

Geweldige tijd gehad bij Alberto, voelden ons helemaal thuis. Prachtige kamers met groot dakterras, alle voorzieningen in huis. Buurtsuper, koffiebar en restaurants vlakbij. Prachtig dorp op berg, kust en steden goed bereikbaar met auto. Alberto is een zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame gastheer.

We definitely enjoyed our stay and rented all three apartments. Everyone had their own bed and bath which was a plus. The location was superb to walk through Ortigia. Communication was great with the host. The smaller apartment was a little noisier due to the market below but we would definitely stay here again. It was perfect for our family.

Nous avons passé un séjour magnifique dans la propriété d'Antonino et Morena, d'une beauté exceptionnelle. Au bout d'un chemin privé fleuri, dans la si belle campagne sicilienne, vous trouverez le porche d'une superbe maison de pierre, sur une cour de masseria immense et très privative. La maison est pleine de charme, dotée de tout le confort moderne, très bien aménagée, et dotée d'une splendide terrasse avec vue sur mer, et d'un jardin ombragé. L'éclairage, le soir, ajoute une touche très romantique à l'ensemble. Quel beau lieu, avec une âme et une poésie très touchante. Morena nous a réservé de multiples délicates attentions et... nous planifions déjà notre prochain séjour ❤️.

We loved our stay at Andrew’s house so much we were are super keen to come back. It was exactly what we needed. The breathtaking views were even more impressive than the photos and it was completely private which was a dream for us. The house was stunning and three en suite bedrooms were perfect for being away with teens. The house had everything we needed and was very well designed. A real luxury to have so much space and comfort after a couple of hectic days in the city. Andrew was really helpful with all the information including videos of how to access the property and recommendations for places to visit/eat/shop nearby. We will be back for sure!

We loved our 7 night stay at Carmelos, three of us stayed and we had a room each, double bed, sofa bed and single bed up a steep ladder on a small mezzanine floor. I didn’t need to pull out the sofa bed as it was big enough as it was and very comfy. The kitchen was user friendly . We felt very safe and comfortable. I’m glad we stayed there. A beautiful and comfortable apartment - one of the nicest Airbnbs we’ve ever stayed in. Lots of cool design features - and a record player to play some retro tunes! Really good location too, slightly removed from the madding crowds of Oritigia, overlooking a shady courtyard.

A beautifully renovated and decorated apartment. The historical building is calming with lots of charm and plenty of secure on site parking. The apartment, bedrooms and bathrooms are large and comfortable, uniquely spacious for urban Europe. Located next to the Basilica and the must see archaeological Park. It is an easy five minute drive or a 15 minute walk to Ortigia Island. We did not find the street noise to be bothersome. The new modern windows provided plenty of light with minimum noise. A great location for day trips to the countryside and the coastal beaches. Our host provided us with many great recommendations. We would definitely come back and stay here again. Owner and host were five stars for sure.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Valeria und Federico sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und haben immer schnell auf Fragen reagiert und versucht zu helfen. Wir haben unaufgefordert viele Infos zu Restaurants etc. erhalten und haben uns insgesamt sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir können die Unterkunft und die Gastgeber auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen !☺️

Pros: - Convenient parking (don't know what it's like in summer) - Good location, not far from Ortigia, but far enough to avoid any disturbance - Fast wifi - All required amenities - Clean & comfy - A/C was efficient to heat the interior when needed (our visit happen to be in Feb) Cons: - A bit acoustic; we could hear steps and even small noises from above, not anybody's fault, it's just how this building is constructed - Bedrooms have windows opening to a tiny internal courtyard or stairwell - but as we use them for sleeping only, doesn't matter

카타니아에서 출발하는 인터버스 하차 정류소 바로 앞에 있어서 위치가 아주 좋습니다 주변에 맛집도 많고 기차역도 가깝고 오르티지아 섬 까지도 산책 삼아 가면 금방 도착하는 거리라서 최고의 위치라고 자부해요 숙소는 사진보다 실물이 훨 좋습니다 좋은 향기가 우리를 맞이해주고 호스트의 자세한 설명이 있는 공지사항은 여행에 큰 도움이 되었어요 (리스트에 있는 시칠리아식 가정식집이 가장 인상 깊었습니다 :D) 간이 주방이 방 내부에 있어서 간편식 해먹기도 좋았고 세탁기도 관리가 잘 되어있어서 여행 중간에 빨래하기도 용이했어요 저희가 머물었던 5월4일은 시라쿠스 축구팀이 세리아C 리그로 승격이 확정된 날이어서 한창 축제 분위기라 더 즐거웠습니다 메인 거리에 위치하고 있어서 축제현장을 함께할 수 있었어요 아주 귀한 경험이었습니다 이곳은 시내 명소와 오르티지아 딱 중간이라 이 모든 것을 즐길 수 있었습니다 덕분에 잘 쉬다가요 ㅎㅎ 강력추천합니다 감사합니다

체크인할때 숙소에서 상세한 설명을 들을 수 있었어요. 전반적으로 아주 깨끗하고, 필요한 것이 잘 갖춰져있어요. 간혹 가전, 가구들이 상태가 안 좋아서 이걸 믿고 왔다가 당황하는 경우도 있는데 여기는 깨끗하게 관리되어 있고 다 바로 사용하는데 전혀 문제가 없어서 편했어요. 침대도 편하고 수건도 깨끗합니다. 이분이 운영하는 숙소가 많은데 다음에 시라쿠사에 와도 그 중 하나를 사용할것 같아요. 집 문을 여는게 처음엔 좀 어색할수있는데 이건 곧 익숙해질거에요!

Enrico was waiting our arrival. He very helpful, was clear and patient with instructions and suggestions. The apartment is well located with wonderful view from terrace. AC was appreciated, even in late October. Kitchen was very well appointed, including a variety of seasonings, some foodstuffs and coffee. Living room very comfortable with good reading lights, for those relaxing times.

I could relate to other people’s positive comments. impeccable host and accommodation. Simona is very kind responsive and flexible. Despite my flight being greatly delayed the husband welcomed me in person late in the evening - and impeccably dressed! I stayed over a week and travelled to the sea, nearby towns as well as stayed local in beautiful noto enjoying baroque dolce vita. It’s a stone’s throw from shops and town centre. Parking easy too, just be prepared streets are narrow and motorbikes like a ride! One of the nicest airbnb experiences.
