Villa Kataja holiday home in Paljakka

Our cottage, built in 2014, is located in Paljaka, close to ski trails and mountain bike routes. The cottage's facilities are located on two floors. The terrace, which spans the entire width of the cottage and is enclosed by a glass railing, allows you to experience the tranquility of nature in both winter and summer. In the yard, there is a woodshed, a fire pit, and a hot tub. A lot to use from April to October, for a separate fee. Pets are prohibited. Distances: Tourist center in Ukkoha 26 km. Stores: Puolanka centre 30 km and Ristijärvi 26 km.

Villa Saaga - Private Island (bridge) Oulujärvi

You can reach the unique and scenic Private Island by car along the bridge right up to the courtyard of Villa Saaga. Villa Saaga has just been renovated and decorated to a high standard, and is a villa of about 80m2. Number of guests 1-6. On the island, you can relax in complete privacy. The beach sauna has panoramic views of the lake and the pier also has a swimming pool. The island has breathtaking lake views in every direction. A perfect haven of peace all year round. ​This stunning, year-round cottage with electricity and running water offers the perfect escape for nature lovers. Located directly on the river bank, next to the noise of the rapids, it guarantees a unique and relaxing atmosphere – here, light pollution is an unknown concept. The gentle steam of the courtyard sauna and the wood-burning stove relaxes the body and mind. ​The cottage is ideal for four (4) people.

Cozy, clean apartment with its own entrance. Fully equipped kitchen. You can heat the sauna daily, cool off on the sheltered terrace, grill (gas) and a fireplace is available. Beds made in the bedrooms (160 cm, 120 cm). Living room sofa bed (140 cm). Travel beds for small children. Pets are welcome (please remember to inform us when booking). Linens, towels and final cleaning are included. The apartment is about three kilometers from the center of Kajaani towards the airport.

The cottage is located a stone's throw from all activities. For example, the ski slopes, Ukkohalla's sauna world, and Wakerada are a 5-minute walk away. Ski tracks and sled trails 150m away. Charging an electric/hybrid car is possible at low power and for an additional fee. 17 EUR/day
