Very nice house, spacious, warm, very well arranged and equipped. Comfortable beds. The geographical location is ideal for exploring around Narbonne. The view of the Bages pond and pink flamingos is magnificent. The host is very friendly and considerate. I would highly recommend this home, we had a great week.

The villa is on the edge of Somail, very very quiet place 3min from the Canal du Midi. The villa is amazing! It looked even smaller in the photos while there is a very large volume. Well arranged with a separation between the sleeping area of the 4 bedrooms (which each have their own bathroom/wc) and the living room. All rooms have AC. The outdoor area with a pool is great. No opposite and the pool is sunny almost all day! (That's cleaned 2 times a week) We were lucky to have had no mosquitoes too while a little further, there were a lot closer to the Canal du Midi. Lily and her mother who hosted us were nice, helpful and very responsive. If we really had to make a complaint, but it's the only one. The BBQ grills were dirty when we arrived and we were unable to remove all the dirt. I recommend 100%!! It was a great time with the family!

A really enjoyable stay in this particularly warm home The large covered terrace is really nice, we were able to spend our week outdoors even on rainy days! The pool with its small beach at the top , petanque court too, all sheltered from any indiscreet look It's a very quiet place and we were able to take many walks in the surrounding vineyards I would recommend it!

Beautiful place! Charles's house is perfect for getting away from everyday life and creating magical memories for families or groups of friends. A Nordic bath, trees as far as the eye can see, and the gentle sound of the river... Thanks for the few days!

Accommodation in the heart of the village of Gruissan. Simple and spacious, quiet while being close to shops and the Saturday morning market. On the 1st floor with elevator access. Responsive, welcoming and accommodating host for checkout time (we wanted to enjoy the market). Perfect accommodation for our short stay with friends. We won't hesitate to come back. Thanks Sabine.

We spent two nights in Pauline's apartment. Well equipped, functional, we do not have or enjoy the outdoors but it is well appointed. Comfortable bed. Parking in front of the house, shops 5min walk away. No problem with bringing our cat. Great.

The apartment is very well equipped and super clean. It's very quiet. The safe parking for our car and the bikes was perfect for us. Check-in and checkout worked on time and the Annie was very pleasantly ☺️ clear recommendation, to feel comfortable 👍

The apartment was quiet, spacious and well-equipped with a strategic geographical location for visiting caves, museums, the city of Carcassone, the Canal du Midi, beautiful hiking loops...

We felt very comfortable in the apartment. The large terrace directly to the beach is simply fantastic. From the dining area and from the bed we could see directly to the sea, wonderful! We had a very nice week in a clean and very well-equipped apartment. A big plus for the shaded terrace and the delicious figs! The accommodation is very well located, close to beaches, shops and the port. Everything is in walking distance. What a pleasure! Warm and helpful hostess. Everything in the apartment makes you want to stay there and you can feel the love of the owner for these occupants. This goes through flexible hours, the 50-page book handmade on all the activities around, small extras of comfort or even essentials like a toaster or sanitary tampons in case of forgetting. We feel the generosity and kindness in these little things. Really try and start again. Again, thank you for this vacation.

The place is as described. It's a small apartment but with all the amenities to make your stay as pleasant as possible. It offers everything you need to spend a few days in the area. It was very easy to communicate with her and resolve all the doubts that arose before and during the trip. In the time that we have been to a very quiet area, which is appreciated for rest. We did not know the area , although if you want to take a route through France the journey is a little longer until you reach there you can also appreciate on the way a very nice tour by vineyard area. Also thank you for the welcome detail you had prepared for us.

Ideally located in front of the pool in a secure building with dreamy decor! A bedroom overlooking the pool 👍 Well-equipped apartment! Hosts responsive and flexible on schedules! Well-located residence no need to pick up the car! The perfect vacation!

Ideal stay, carefully renovated apartment, very clean and well-equipped. La Roquille beach and small convenience stores next door, no need for a car. Sandrine and Celine are very responsive, and the exchanges are more than cordial, thanks to them. I recommend it. 8-day stay in September 2024
