Cabot Shores is a fun and unique experience, somewhere in between camping and staying at a hotel/resort. We stayed in the Big Sky Blue yurt and it was spacious enough for two people and a dog. The yurt has an amazing private deck with a view, a fire pit, and a wood burning furnace. The staff and other guests are really friendly, the food is great, and guests can easily access a private beach. Would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again. Definitely bring bug spray, though.

Very nice place to relax and unwind! Loved the yurt and their facilities. The view of the fjord is beautiful. The favorite activity close to the yurt is the 5-star farm.

A perfect and refreshing stay. Charles, our host is a super welcoming person, available and who loves what he does, it seems. The site is absolutely beautiful with the colors of fall. The brand new spa and sauna from which you have a view of the lake are really a plus after a day of hiking. We recharged for 2 days to the sound of the creek with our dog Stella, it's really great that they accept dogs! Everything was very clean, comfortable and functional, we didn't miss anything. Really nothing to complain about, 5 stars, everything was perfect and we will definitely be back!

We stayed two nights and wished it was more. The yurt was lovely, clean, and spacious. there was so much to do we could have kept our days full if we stayed twice as long. We yurt camp every winter, and we left agreeing that we'd found a new go-to spot!

The yurts are warm and cozy, and the lodge was great with very accommodating staff! Definitely recommended for friends or family! We loved our night here!

The manager was so helpful. She sent a ton of instructions on how the property works as it is unique (in a great way). She was proactive and reached out to us directly. we also got there after dark and answered our messages to make sure we got to our Yurt. We were skeptical about the description of the bathroom and shower, but both are clean and very well done. Peaceful, clean, and delightful.

Richard and his partner were wonderful hosts! We thoroughly enjoyed our first experience like this. They were very proactive with the space and offering helpful information on the area. Would very much recommend this retreat!

Wonderful stay. The yurt, impeccably clean, offered a safe haven, ideal for relaxing near the fireplace. We also had a short but pleasant hike around the lake. The warm welcome of the person on site added a personal touch to our stay. Everything was perfect, and I would recommend this place without hesitation.

Had a great 2-night stay at this Yourte, even better than what you see in the photos especially in the winter. The host was very welcoming and graciously helped us check in - I ended up arriving almost at the deadline for check-in time and was still welcomed despite this error which was very appreciated. Very close proximity to Domaine de la Forêt Perdue (only an hour away), and an awesome microbrasserie (Nouvelle France) not even 5 minutes from the Yourte. Overall great location and would stay again!!

Jeff and Ephie were outstanding hosts! We truly enjoyed our stay and were blown away by the space. Photos do not even begin to do this place justice. The beds were so comfortable, the Linens were clean and cozy. The entire yurt was set up for an extremely relaxing stay. There are board games available, the firepit was stocked and ready to go. The kitchen had exactly what we needed. Our hosts truly thought of everything! We can't wait to come back this summer. Thank you for an incredible weekend! Myrica is perfect for a quiet stay in the Saguenay. The hosts are very responsive and available and the location is great. Recommended!

A quick but very friendly passage to the yurt! The view was exceptional, the stove very efficient and we enjoyed the pet care very much in the morning with the children!

We loved our stay at the Belvedere. The yurt had the perfect mix of rustic and comfort and the views were incredible. Great host, always quick to reply to messages and everything was explained really well. We stayed during a polar vortex, where the temperature dropped to -25 overnight. We had no issues keeping the yurt warm in these temperatures. We would definitely return!

The yurt is in an intimate and peaceful location, surrounded by nature. Perfect for disconnecting from the city and reconnecting in the forest!

If you are looking for a glamping experience up north then this is your place. The yurt was not only beautiful as an original Mongolian yurt but furnished with comfortable furniture and luxurious bedding . The kitchen was simple and fully stocked with everything you would need . We even had coffee tea and creamer available. The yurt and the outhouse was very clean. Location was also perfect . Close to all provincial parks in the area. We went during the winter and it was the best get away . At -15c weather we were warm and cozy with our indoor fireplace. Joanne was very kind and friendly . So responsive with anything you need. Hands down a wonderful place to stay.

The stay my partner and I had at this place was amazing to say the least. We stayed in the yellow yurt and it was an incredible experience in itself. Sam was there to greet us and even stayed back to make sure we got some firewood before close. We immediately knew we needed to stay more than one night and got the second night free from a deal they have going on! Washrooms are clean, beach is amazing, restaurant was closed due to off season but we will be back next year in the summer with our kids and potentially buying a trailer on the property!

Beautiful well-equipped yurt experience, very close to the rock cove, with a breathtaking view. Wake up with the Saguenay River at your feet:) It's an immersion in nature, with among others the dry toilet, but we still benefit from a little technology with electric lighting and a small fridge. Very appreciated! Wood-burning stove heating is a big plus!

Wonderful place to relax and experience a beautiful moment by the sea. In winter, you have to heat the stove. We raced and the sunset was breathtaking! I will definitely go back!
