The place was clean and beautiful and peaceful and positive energy. Then only thing that was bad that we had no access to the pool because they close so it sucks badly. But except that everything was perfect.

This is just the perfect place in Fajardo. This condo is quiet, clean and spacious with a well-equipped kitchen. The balcony & rooftop provide ocean views and star-gazing opportunities. There is a beautiful beach across the street and a handful of good restaurants within a 10-20 min walk. There’s also a pool with clean, adjacent bathrooms. Walter was a very helpful & responsive host. Would definitely stay here again!

Studio condo was well air conditioned, comfortable and lots of natural light. Location is a long walk to 7 seas beach, especially carrying anything more than a towel to lay on. But, it is walkable to a great neighborhood breakfast cafe, walkable to kayak village for bioluminescent tours and walkable to 2 great restaurants. Plenty of rooster, chickens cats and dogs in the neighborhood make it a lively place. A covered outdoor basketball court is nice for some exercise. Dedicated parallel parking right in front of the condo. Rented a car for easy drives to local cafes, El Yunka rain forest for hikes, Luquillo beaches and a Marina Puerto Del Rey for Culebra snorkeling tour.

We really loved our stay here! The view was amazing, and the rental was so clean. I really appreciated the lack of cluttered decorations and dust that we find in so many other rentals - Judy’s place had so little dust! The bed was comfortable, and we loved the variety of outdoor furniture we could use to relax outside. As some other reviews mentioned, the patio is connected to a driveway - but it is much lower than the street and still felt very private. The neighborhood felt safe, and the neighbors we met were all very friendly. Definitely get limber from Wilma next door! You can see/hear activity in the bay below you, and there were normal neighborhood noises going on during the day - but nights were quiet and we slept great. My husband described Judy’s place as “lively but peaceful,” and I couldn’t agree more. We loved feeling like a part of the neighborhood and couldn’t get enough of the view!

We loved staying at this apartment. the views from the 27th floor directly out to the ocean are amazing. we enjoyed several sunrises on the balcony. The bed is comfortable, and the couch and table were exactly what we needed. The kitchen was stocked with what we needed and even had some oil and spices. There was even beach chairs, an umbrella, a small cooler, and two microfiber quick dry beach towels. The storm shutter rattled some in the wind because it's stuck partially open but that is what it is. We felt super safe and had a great time.

We had such a great stay here! The location is absolutely perfect—just a short walk to tons of great restaurants, cafes, and bars. It made exploring the area super easy and convenient. The place itself was clean and well-kept, which made it feel really comfortable and welcoming. We enjoyed the pool and rooftop. You can tell the hosts put a lot of care into the space. Would definitely stay here again recommend it to anyone visiting the area! AC units in each room was convenient. WIFI did come on and off but was not a big issue.

This was a wonderful trip for our family. The house is exactly as it looks in the photos - directly across from a perfect beach with sand, grass, shade, and warm clear water. We reached out for help finding the house, just because our navigation didn't work that well until we had the GPS coordinates. Alex and Mara helped us with any questions we had. The house had plenty of beach chairs and even beach toys for kids, however our teenagers did not use them. The front and back porches at the house were great to use on the one day we had rain - we could still be outside enjoying the view without getting wet. We loved walking around the little neighborhood for coffee, drinks, ice cream, and music in the square. There are a few restaurants and we were also able to cook at the house. We found everyone in the neighborhood to be friendly. So many families enjoying the beach and relaxing. We would love to go back.

We had an amazing stay at this beachside home! The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach, which made everything so convenient. The neighborhood of Luquillo was peaceful and relaxing, with plenty of great food spots nearby and incredibly friendly locals. The house itself was ideal for a group trip, as it had three separate sleeping areas that worked perfectly for multiple families. We especially loved using the charcoal grill every evening—such a fun and cozy way to enjoy dinner together. Highly recommend this place!

The location was perfect for me as it is close to restaurants, coffee shops and beaches. The beach that it is right there is not ideal for swimming but perfect to walk and enjoy the vibe. Alexis is great with communication and a gray host as provided great recommendations. The house is clean, organized and practical for your needs. Would stay here again for sure.

The place was clean and had everything we needed for our family. The area was safe, just a little loud at night with cars speeding through our street or with loud car radio. It was a very cute place, but felt small for our family of 7, there is only one bathroom and that was difficult when you have the whole party showering. For a smaller group it should be perfect. Also, when the washer is running there is no water pressure in the shower. Overall Vincent and his team were very nice, responsive and even allowed us to check out later since our flight was delayed.

At first, we were concerned about the area, however we didn't have any issues the entire time we were there. The home itself is super cute and having the pool was amazing! Beds were comfy and the shower has the detachable head, which makes it easier to wash small kids. Zuleyka was responsive and when the wifi was acting up, she notified us right away. I'm so glad we chose her place!

Olga's place was beautiful, it felt like a little oasis. If there is anything I could critique is the fact that at other airbnb I have stayed in the area there is usually washer and dryer which is helpful for washing clothes before heading back home. other than that I jave no. complain I will definitely be back

Second time we have stayed at this incredible place. The wind, the ocean, the rainforest- it is so beautiful. The condo is comfortable and AC in the bedrooms works great. We swam in the ocean and also enjoyed the pool at the condo! We love this place.

We were so happy that we found the Blue Pearl in Luquillo. The location is exactly as pictured - we already miss listening to the waves all day. The building is totally gated and felt very secure - with a pool that we had access to all the time and we we always happened to have it to ourself. The surrounding neighborhood has so much to explore. We ordered pizza out. My wife and I loved having drinks at the super neat outdoor dining area one minute away, and Boardriders had one the best meals of the trip for us. The apartment itself is very clean and roomy. The room air conditioners keep it very cool. The closet was well equipped with beach gear, cleaning supplies as needed, washer/dryer, and so much more. We had everything we needed. Every room had a smart tv hooked up to the internet. The balcony. Wow. The balcony with a hammock and seating area was a major highlight! Damaris was very communicative and available quickly. She anticipated needs, and was just so pleasant and helpful!

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at Amy's ocean-view condominium apartment on the 21st Floor. The apartment is in one of two condos, which are gated by security staff. Her apartment is clean and comfortable, and her kitchen is well-stocked. Amy is super responsive and helpful and her instructions are clear and precise. As a local, she can provide recommendations to beaches and other places of interest.

The place was exactly what we expected from the listing and was overall an amazing stay! The views from the condo are amazing and the sound of the ocean was amazingly peaceful. The area is walkable with many fun bars and restaurants nearby. A nearby visit to El Yunque was the highlight of our trip! The only slightly negative to the entire trip was that there are times where security is not available to open the gate which requires a small wait - not a problem at all, I only mention it because it was left out of otherwise very detailed check in instructions and led to some initial confusion. All in all I highly recommend!

Jaime was a wonderful host, the place was very clean and well taken care of. The balcony had a very nice view of the beach and was well worth the price I paid! I just wish I could have spent more time there!

My husband and I came to PR for business and personal. We wanted an authentic experience and a safe haven to vacay to. Eric's place IS the place to stay. The current reviews are accurate. We were in a residential neighborhood where animals roam but are not disrespectful ☺️. Eric's place is in a gated community. When we walked through the neighborhood to local store and restaurants, we felt safe and everyone was nice. Language is bi lingual. Eric's place is placed in a prime location - Luquillo where the beaches are clean and the view is breathtaking!! Eric was responsive to requests within hours. I appreciated how he asked if his team was allowed to come in even if we were not going to be there - very mindful and we appreciated that. My husband and I did not rent a car because we had other transportation arrangements but a car is recommended if you want to tour and do off site activities. Eric was a major part of our Puerto Rico awakening. We will be back ✨
