Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Quechee, Hartford

This rental was perfect for our family’s overnight ski trip to Okemo. We have two teenaged sons who shared a bedroom. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook breakfast and (most importantly) to meet the AM caffeine needs. The rental was approximately 10 minutes away from Okemo, which was the best part for us. Already planning next February’s ski trip!

Wonderful stay at Darcie's House! Beautiful place with great beds, appliances and toiletries. The House had everything that we needed, and was nice and warm after a long day of skiing at Killington. Only 20min drive to the ski lifts! Darcie was very responsive on all our questions, and was very helpful in our first stay here. Will definitely return!

Jean's apartment was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and we were able to cook dinner there one night and have all of the oils and seasonings that we needed to make the meal.

Sam is a friendly, generous, helpful host! He and his family live upstairs in this fun, modern building; the apartment is on the ground floor/daylight basement, but the house sits on a steep hill so the unit has plenty of natural light and does not feel like a basement. The separate entrance is located at the far end of the structure so it feels like a standalone unit with plenty of privacy. The neighborhood rises steeply from downtown Woodstock, up narrow, steep, windy roads. The streets were pretty consistently plowed, but drive slowly and cautiously, especially with snow. Also, like Sam says, don't just enter the address into Google Maps; it will try to take you elsewhere through someone's house and yard (haha!) Instead, follow Sam's directions. We loved the casual, yet carefully curated decor and found the bedroom super cozy with the most comfortable bed and linens. Our favorite was going on a cross-country ski adventure right out the back! David’s place was very clean and comfortable. The location was conveniently down the road from Dartmouth, the reason for our trip. The thoughtful touches such as chocolates and well-stocked bathroom and kitchen were very appreciated. The nicest was not having any checkout tasks :)

Extremely convenient place next to the mountains, nearby restaurants and shops. The bedrooms can get cold, but the blankets are quite warm and comfy.

Kismet Cottage was everything we hoped for. Beautiful location and lovely apartment. Waking up every morning to the view of the lake never got old. Vermont at it's best. We've now enjoyed the winter here and hope to return at a minimum of three more times to experience the place in spring, summer and fall.

Can't say enough! Steve was quick to have information and respond. His knowledge of the area is massive and he knows all the great spots to go. Their place was perfect and everything you'd expect from the pictures and description. During our stay we got a large ice storm. Some locals called it the worst ice storm since 1996. Steve was texting me throughout the storm to make sure we were ok and had power and internet. He asked if there was anything he could do for us... And he was located hours away.. Steve and LA went above and beyond in so many ways.. Their place will be the first place I look to stay on return trips!

February 2025 Our yearly winter family get away was amazing with our growing family. The 9 BR had so many king beds to choose from and we were able to place our little people all in the same room. The dual kitchens were a bonus for all of us. We set up for the Super Bowl (Go Birds!) and had a great time in the larger second floor family room. The check in process was easy and the response time for any questions was great. We found some nails in the flooring and someone was there within 30 min to pound it in ( might be helpful to have a small tool box for little things like that as we could have easily done that ourselves).also might be helpful to leave a snow shovel around when there is a storm …we could have easily taken care of steps and the walkway to the hot tub. The kitchens were well stocked and we were able to make all we wanted to with the tools provided. We will definitely come back for a family get away next year!! Already in the works! Had an awesome week staying in this fantastic property. Excellent location with a 10 minutes drive to the slopes and good restaurants walkable or only a short drive away. The house was perfect and in a beautiful private location as well as being clean and well stocked with all the amenities you could need, including a great hot tub, firepit and boot driers. Communication with the hosts was effortless and they were very friendly and flexible. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again or recommend to others.

We came up for a family trip ages 19-65 and it was perfect for all parties. Plenty of bedrooms for everyone to have their own space. Looking forward to returning again! The location could not be better or easier as well.

This was our second time staying at Lori’s place for our annual family ski trip. Just like last time, everything was wonderful - incredibly clean, comfortable and it had everything we needed. The location is great as it’s walkable to town but back far enough so that it’s quiet. And a very short drive to Okemo. Will definitely be staying here again!

Gus's place is great! It was clean- spotless & spacious with a great location. It has been renovated, and the kitchen and 1st floor laundry were fantastic for a family ski trip. The beds were comfy with plenty of room to spread out for our family of 4. In fact, with the 2 bunk rooms, we could have had the kids bring a friend each. We hope to rent again.

We were in town for a family wedding! Our son got married in Dorset, the house was very spacious. We had 7 adults staying at the house! Everything was great! John had an Apple Pie waiting in the kitchen for us on our arrival! Went great with a nice cup of tea! The house was beautiful! We even had the pleasure of seeing the train pass by only minutes after arriving! Great hosts!

A cozy, comfortable place at a great location. It is just a few minutes' drive from the Okemo ski resort and the center of Ludlow for easy access to the mountain and to the dining and shopping attractions Ludlow has to offer.

We really enjoyed our stay at Wendi’s home. It was clean and welcoming! Wendi was very attentive and quickly responded to our questions. We would definitely stay there again.

Amazing location just across the street from Pico. Super fast to the slopes. Easy to access and get in.

This space was perfect for our family. With walking distance to the entrance of the slopes, this location was ideal for our ski getaway. I appreciated the small touches that made this experience feel luxurious, the provided coffee, wine, wood for the usable fire place. The beds were comfortable and the space was spacious. We would definitely visit Jim’s place again!

We had an amazing stay at this place! The location was perfect—just a short walk to all the incredible relaxation amenities like the pool, steam room, and sauna, which made our trip feel like a true escape. Going for a walk while taking in the views of the mountains were absolutely stunning and made every morning feel special. The unit itself was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable, short stay. The kitchen was well-stocked, the bed was cozy, and everything felt thoughtfully arranged. It was the perfect home base for exploring Killington and unwinding after a day of adventure. Would absolutely recommend and may come back during the Peak of the Snow Sport Season!

Great location for pico mountain. The ski on ski off was pretty easy to find and nicely located. The location is slightly less ideal for killington, as you need to take a shuttle that has multiple stops. We also ended up on a bigger bus to take us back from Killington and the drop off was on the main road, which was a bit difficult to walk on in our snow gear. Overall, nice apartment and perfect for my group of friends.

We had an amazing stay at Simone’s apartment for our ski vacation. The apartment was even better than the pictures—spacious, clean, and equipped with everything we needed. The location made skiing incredibly convenient, with easy in-and-out access to the slopes. The host was fantastic—super helpful, responsive, and easy to communicate with, which made everything smooth from check-in to check-out. The place had all the essentials and more, making it feel like a home away from home. Very thoughtful touches from the host through the apartment !!!! Highly recommend this place for anyone ( with kids, no kids) looking for a hassle-free and comfortable ski trip. We’ll definitely be back!
