Monthly Rentals in Quepos Point

Had a great time staying at Eva’s place. It was in a nice part of Quepos/Manuel Antonio with plenty of stuff to do within walking distance, restaurants, beaches, cafes, etc. The room itself was awesome too, with a great view and an authentic Costa Rican feel. Would live there if I could!

Beautiful modern place with everything you need to enjoy this wonderful location. Private, quiet and peaceful. We saw toucans, monkeys, parrots and even a sleeping porcupine right from our balcony! Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for something in the jungle but very close to great restaurants and Manuel Antonio.

I was allowed to stay in this great, safe and well furnished apartment for a month. I felt very comfortable and safe from the beginning! Everything very tidy, clean, well maintained and well thought out. Even a washing machine and dryer in the bathroom! Alejandro and his family live next door. They are very friendly, discreet and maintain privacy. My questions were always answered right away and helped me. Alejandro even bought me a blender and an extra hot plate so I could need my brought Italian Mocca coffee machine;0)… The other hot plate was induction... I 100% recommend this apartment or studio!!!
