Located between ocean and vineyards, you will be 15 min from the seaside resort of Montalivet with its large very famous market and km of sandy beaches, 25 min from Soulac sur Mer, 30 min from the Verdon (BAC) but also 30 min from Pauillac and its surroundings with beautiful vineyards. You can entertain your evenings with the different night markets offered by the neighboring municipalities.

The mill house

At the heart of the Charente vineyards, old mill of the late 18th century completely renovated with heated pool. Quiet on the edge of a small village, by the river and only 4 km from Pons, near Cognac, Bordeaux, Royan, La Rochelle ... All rooms are equipped with storage, queen size beds, televisions. Satin sheets and towels are provided. The fully equipped kitchen with 2 fridges, 2 dishwashers, 2 ovens and a large cooking piano. Fiber internet connection.

OLD PRESBYTERY - 17th Century

This old 17th century presbytery has been entirely renovated. It is on the top of a little hill and has 500 m². This property is peaceful and surrounded by vineyards - only 20 km SE away from Bordeaux. If you love old historical properties, singular houses and places which have a story, you are at the right place ! Our house is a safe haven, it offers a 10 people capacity with 5 bedrooms (2 master bedrooms) and 3 bathrooms. Bedlinen and towels included.
