The apartment is located on the ground floor of a three-family house (three residents). The main entrance is accessible via a seven-step staircase, but there is also a barrier-free access via the rear entrance. The apartment (63 sqm) has a living room, two bedrooms – one double and two single beds – and a fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom can be accessed via a small hallway that is occasionally used by the other residents. The terrace in the courtyard can be shared when the weather is good.

Beautiful, large, 3-room apartment. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, bathroom, large kitchen with living and dining room. The nearest bus stop (towards the university and city center) is a 7-minute walk. There is no elevator to the apartment. A very large courtyard offers comfortable seating. All the utensils necessary for everyday use are available. Bedroom 1: One bed 140 x 200 cm Bedroom 2: One bed 140 x 200 cm In the living room is a sofa bed for a maximum of 2 people.

Staying at the old fire station

Directly opposite the “Alte Feuerwache”, a venue of the Saarbrücken State Theater, our vacation apartment is idyllically situated in a typical rear building in Saarbrücken's old town. The 3.5% lodging tax payable by guests is already included in the total cost. For children aged 1 year and older, we charge a fee of 10 euros per day to cover the additional cleaning costs; therefore, please do not book them as “toddlers” but as additional guests.
