The apartment is 45 square meters On the main floor, there is a loft with a living-dining room and a small kitchen. The bathroom is at the back. Upstairs, a wooden attic room with a double bed and exit to the 15 m2 terrace with a table and chairs where you can eat or have a snack. The entrance, apartment and terrace are independent. Although the entrance is autonomous, we are always available for whatever you may need. Only one pet is allowed, if you are traveling with more ask me before!!

A car is absolutely necessary, and consider that the location is on interior streets that are not exposed.

Beautiful house with pool

This house is perfect for families with children or groups. Fully furnished and decorated with great care. I renovated it a few years ago and it maintains a rustic exterior with a modern, bright and comfortable interior. It is in a very quiet and very well-connected area, 35 minutes from Madrid and 15 minutes from El Escorial. We especially value the neighbors' peace, so unfortunately reservations for people under 25 years old are not allowed. Thank you!

Our attic is perfect for anyone who wants to escape the hustle and bustle of the city. It is located in a very quiet village, making it ideal for relaxing with your partner, or to establish a place from which to visit everything that Madrid offers. Warner Park, Xanadu's indoor snow track, Safari Madrid, Casa de Campo Zoo, Toledo, Aldea del Fresno beaches, and much more, are what you can visit from our accommodation.
