Access to the city center in 5 minutes on foot. Secure parking is always available in front of the house. Direct access to the beaches in 15 minutes by car.

Facing south and located in a dead end pedestrian alley 150 meters from the ocean and a 1 minute walk from shops (bakery, restaurants, grocery store, pharmacy, tobacco, ...) You will feel at home there according to your favorite season. For fish & seafood lovers you can directly buy them at the harbor within a 5-minute walk.

Located on the ground floor of an old mill, 10 minutes from the ocean, the cottage includes a bedroom with shower room, separate toilet and a living room-kitchen with stone fireplace. (Concarneau, Benodet...). On the ground floor, a large 40 m² living room with fully equipped kitchen. There is also a large bathroom and separate toilet. Upstairs on the mezzanine, a bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed. We offer dinner and/or breakfast, on request.

For a holiday or a night , we offer our cozy house for 4 people near a forest with its multiple trails. 10 min from Quimper and 25 min from the beaches. The house is well equipped, the beds will be made upon your arrival , the towels and kitchen linen provided. All convenience stores are 800 m from the gite. Our primary residence is on the same grounds and Leon our bulldog is part of the family.(Dogs accepted on request)
