Liz and Simon welcome you to your holiday cottage in a charming old hamlet. You will enjoy the use of a private garden as well as a warm, comfortable interior. La Petite Maison is a 4 minute walk from a boulangerie (breakfast not supplied). Berrien is 5 mins drive from a supermarket in Huelgoat, and to its cafés, shops and restaurants on the lake. Berrien has some beautiful countryside, such as Huelgoat forest and the paths of the Monts d'Arrée. Morlaix - 22km, Carnatec/Locquirec 38km

this small house is unique and close to all sites and amenities on foot or by bike, which will facilitate the planning of your visit (the castle of Trevarez 4 kilometers away, the Nantes-Brest canal 2 kilometers away, the forest of HUELGOAT 30 kilometers away, the beach of Saint-Nic and others. accommodation with 2 bedrooms (one on the ground floor with a 140 x 190 bed, the other upstairs with an electric 2 x 80 x 200 bed and storage, in the living room there is a 2-seater sofa bed.

Traversez: vous êtes sur la plage. La Villa Trouz Ar Mor (classée Meublé de Tourisme) vous propose un rez-de-jardin de choix disposant d’une cour privée équipée. Son intérieur est cosy et offre un piano accessible aux musiciens sur demande. Le linge est fourni. Le logement est non-fumeur, les animaux ne sont pas admis. Bienvenue dans notre maison de vacances, une ancienne crêperie que nous avons rénovée avec soin pour lui donner tout le confort moderne, tout en conservant son charme d’antan. Elle est nichée dans le pittoresque village de Lostmarc’h, un lieu magique connu pour sa plage de surf et ses paysages sauvages. Avec ses 5 chambres spacieuses, ses 3 salles de bains, la maison a été pensée pour que vous vous sentiez comme chez vous, que vous veniez en famille ou entre amis.

Gite with independent access with 2 bedrooms, terrace and garden. The ground floor is composed of an equipped kitchen, a table with 4 chairs, a sofa bed and two terraces: a large terrace with views of nature and the garden with tables, sun loungers, barbecue and a 2nd terrace with two garden chairs. The upper floor consists of a bedroom with two 90x200 beds, a bedroom with a 140x190 bed, a bathroom (new shower installed mid-October 2025) and a separate toilet.
