- Accommodation: Clean, bed linen and tea towels provided - Exterior: 1 exterior on the main entrance side and 1 other kitchen side (back of the accommodation), very good /small downside on the closure of the gate which is impossible, forced to block it with the bench so that it does not open especially when coming with dogs - Environment: quiet, close to the city center and the beach

A lovely stay with friends with children Only downside: the room next to the house in the garden with 4 sofa beds that can't really be counted in the overall sleeping arrangements fortunately for us 3 children slept in umbrella beds otherwise we would not have had the mattress count in the dwelling unfortunately... Very responsive host, we had a technical problem during the stay but which was taken into account quickly Very quick responses Very nice corner 2 steps from the sea

Paradise on the sea! Beautiful house, bright, very well equipped and furnished, with furnishings worthy of a decor magazine, and impeccably clean. A small cocoon set right at the edge of the water, of extreme calm, surrounded by a beautiful garden. The view is splendid wherever you look. We think we are alone in the world, and yet all the shops are within walking distance, as well as the coastal paths. The creperie just across the street is delicious. Many thanks to Caroline and Stéphane for their warm welcome, kindness, availability and excellent tips for visiting the region. We hope to be back soon!

Very friendly and very responsive host. Gilles was flexible on schedules without even asking him. The setting is charming and very quiet. We went there as a family and felt that it was suitable for children because it has a slightly romantic atmosphere. We would highly recommend it.

We had a great time at Jean François's place. The accommodation is ideally located with all the amenities you need and full of storage. Feel free to visit Concarneau and the area.

Very nice accommodation tastefully decorated (a big favorite) the location is great a nice view of the sea from the terrace. The beach is a stone's throw away and nearby and super pleasant walks. I highly recommend and Nathalie is very friendly.

Our stay went very well. The apartment is quiet, functional and well located to do everything on foot in Quimper. And not to spoil anything, we've had sunshine all week!

Nothing to say about cleanliness and amenities. The place is very quiet (there is no noise on the street) and the sea view is great. Very nice apartment with everything you need in terms of dishes, and products, which is rare. Rachel is responsive and everything went well.

We had a lovely stay at the studio. Isabelle was very attentive and available anytime. I would recommend it, and will surely come back to spend our holidays. Close to the beach and the gated town, everything is within walking distance.

We had a nice stay in Bénodet. The accommodation is very well located, 100m from the beach and restaurants, clean and quiet. Small, well-equipped kitchen and an appreciable balcony. Small downside, the bed is a little hollow in the middle.

Pleasant and relaxing stay in a good bed with sheets of great softness. There was plenty of essentials and supplies. Very good location in Concarneau, the nearby restaurant bar allows you to buy the newspaper , go for a drink or eat a bite. Easy walk on the ledge. Thank you for this trip!

We had a pleasant stay. The listing is exactly as described and is about a 20-minute walk from downtown. It might be helpful to specify that access to the parking space is with a badge, so it's best to temporarily park nearby while you pick it up from the property.

good home matches the photos very close to the sea It was a treasure hunt to find in a pouring rain the gate and then the good stairs that lead to the accommodation. We hadn't read the instructions carefully. Once found it was a pleasant stay.
