The bright apartment (about 65 sqm) in the basement offers plenty of space and comfort to stay and sleep in. We are centrally located in the double vacation paradise Altenmarkt/Zauchensee. Amazing summer experiences: Cycling and hiking trails, mountain lakes, golf nearby (4 km), spa with sauna area (1.5 km) Seating options, as well as bicycle parking spaces are freely available behind the house. A spa area that invites you to sauna and relax. Surrounded by mountains in a quiet location, located directly at the Großeck ski resort, as well as directly at Obertauern, Katschberg, Fanningberg. There are meadows and mountains at the house, and the historic center of Mauterndorf is just around the corner

Our house is in the immediate vicinity of the ski lift and only 200 meters from Therme Amade. Supermarkets as well as cafes and restaurants are within walking distance in a few minutes. The rooms are located on the first floor and have a view of the beautiful mountains. Bars and restaurants are less than 5 minutes' walk away. Our accommodation is located in the middle of the ski paradise in the immediate vicinity of Zauchensee, Flachau, Radstadt and Obertauern.

Many exciting destinations, whether in summer or winter, can be reached in just a few minutes by car. Cycling and hiking trails, the family ski area Monte Popolo, as well as the cross-country ski run and winter hiking trail are in the immediate vicinity.

The Studio is 18sqm large and is equipped with a large double bed, a small dining table, a basic kitchenette and a bathroom with shower. The Studio is located on the second floor. There is no balcony. Please note that we are located in Werfenweng, a mountain village in Salzburg state but not in the city of Salzburg!!
