Downstairs there is a ground floor basement, recreation room with fireplace and a toilet with shower and washing machine. The open plot of 7000 m2 slopes southwards, has a stream and a pond, beautifully located in a quiet place between field, mountain and forest. The track from Hunnebostrands passes on two sides. A beautiful walk through the forest leads into the community, about 1.5 km.

It is also close to Fjällbacka.

Enjoy a memorable visit when you stay in this unique place. I am a retiree who rents out a separate apartment, with its own entrance, in our villa. During low season, September - May. The apartment is rented for a minimum of 3 nights and a discount after 7 nights, even monthly during low season. The house is located in a quiet and rural location in nice Hunnebostrand. Approximately 2 km to shops, restaurants and swimming. Cleaning is not included. Sheets and towels are not included, but can be purchased.
