Newly-built cottage right by the sea with a large jetty and a private berth. The dock is made for you to enjoy all day, as there are sun loungers, swimming ladder, outdoor furniture and barbecue. Within walking distance, you can rent kayaks, paddle tennis courts and a spa. The cottage has an open living room and kitchen with stunning views of the sea. Toilet with shower and washing machine. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms. One with a double bed and a private balcony, one with 2 single beds that can be put together and one with a 120 cm bed.

If you want to hike or cycle, Sotelden is close by and Ramsvikslandet Nature Reserve is 9.2 km away. To Nordens Ark it is 15 minutes by car, as well as to Kungshamn, Smögen & Bovallstrand. It is also close to Fjällbacka.

Also close to hiking trails, climbing on Skyggeberg, the nature reserve Bua hed and the ferry to Bohus Malmön with its restaurants and beautiful swimming areas. In a maximum of 15 minutes by car, you can reach Kungshamn and Smögen, Nordens ark, Sotenäs GK, Kustcharken with locally produced food and restaurant.

Newly-built tiny house - the perfect place to stay if you want to have access to a place to stay that's out of the ordinary! The house offers a spectacular view with the forest as the nearest neighbor. Despite its small size, there is a simple kitchen, dining area, toilet and a comfortable and secluded sleeping area with a 140 cm bed. Outside, there is also a private balcony, a private outdoor shower with hot water and cold water and a larger gravel patio with outdoor furniture and barbecue.

The house lies between pink granite rocks with beautiful views over the surrounding nature. 25 min by car to Lysekil and 5 min to the closest grocery store. Brodalen is the Mekka of Swedish rockclimbing with several wellknown routes. The location also offers vicinity to hiking paths in the forests with walking distance to Röe Gård. Please note that you need to bring your own bed linen as well as clean the house at the end of your visit.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay, 50 sqm plus 20 sqm sleeping loft. Proximity to both the golf course, the sea and restaurants. Free parking for several cars is available as well as a large lawn for the kids to play on. Four beds plus a sofa bed for the little ones. Sheets are not included, can be rented separately for 100 per person Cleaning is not included, can be arranged for a fee of SEK 500/booking Possibility to charge electric car for a fee.

Kitchenette, July 2025 upgraded from bunk beds to spring beds, toilet is in the cottage, shared shower in the basement (low ceiling) in the larger house, just over two km to the bus. 10-13 km to Kungshamn/Smögen. Proximity to Sotenäsleden, Nordens ark, golf course, Gerlesborgsskolan 15 km. You need to bring sheets and bath towels. Kitchen towel, toilet paper, salt and black pepper are available here.
