This is a fun and unique Airbnb option that's close to downtown. The location is great with Munich's top sites within walking distance. Sendlinger Tor is a convenient main transit that's just a few minutes away. The neighborhood includes a variety of good food options, and there is a grocery store also close by. The apartment is very quiet. Even when the Christmas market was going across the street, we did not hear anything from outside during the 5 nights of our stay. The space includes a basic kitchen, comfortable couch, and convenient entryway table and chair for putting coats and shoes. We were welcomed in person during check in, and the process was very easy. Last but not least, we enjoyed having a window into an artist's working gallery space. I'm glad we could support this interesting little corner of the world. Overall, this is a memorable option for your visit to Munich!

There were so many incredibly small extras in the apartment, from shower sets to snacks or even small tissues, which I have not seen at another Airbnb. This place was amazing! Lee was very communicative and accommodating. Great space, all of the amenities we needed, and toddler friendly. It was close to multiple local transportation options and walkable to neighborhood offerings. I would definitely recommend to stay here!

Matthias has been a very nice and good host. The apartment has been very well furnished and cozy and offers everything you need. Location was excellent, from the train station you walk about 15-20 minutes. If we go back to Rosenheim, we would definitely try to check in there again.

We stayed in 4 people in David's apartment. Double room and sofa bed. Well-stocked kitchen, dishwasher, microwave oven. Clean and functional bathroom. The apartment is in a quiet complex, in a well-kept neighborhood. Comfortable Metro and Bus stop and also close to Olympische Einkaufzentrum Shopping Center. We had our car and found free parking near the apartment.

Simon’s place was absolutely great and made me feel very at home! He was a responsive host and super accommodating to everything I asked!

I had a wonderful time at Daniela's apartment. Daniela is always available and ready to help. The place is suitable for remote work. The only thing is that the TV was on loud all day, but it is not critical. I could also use the kitchen calmly and even baked cookies in the oven for a friend, taking all the necessary utensils from Daniela. Thank you very much for your hospitality!

We had a wonderful stay at Jessica's house. We were there with 8 people and had everything we needed. The house is well equipped, has spacious rooms and a great location. We would have liked to have stayed a few more days! Jessica and her family were fantastic hosts, always friendly and quick to communicate. We will be happy to come back!!

Thank you so much for a really lovely stay! From the very warm welcome and helpful tour and instructions at check in to the tips of local recommendations. Oh and the beautiful view which took our breath away every day. The gentle jingling of cow bells was so relaxing too. You have a really beautiful and homely home, which enabled such a relaxing stay! The sauna was such a welcome touch for my eldest daughter and I. Your home was spotlessly clean and everything we could want for to cater for ourselves was there. Thank you so much again from the bottom of our hearts for such a magical stay! We will definitely be back!

George is super welcoming and accommodating. 🤗 He leaves the freedom to join him around a good meal cooked by him or to keep his personal space. Price more than acceptable for the place in Munich, easy access by bus and metro. I would highly recommend it!

The 3rd floor 3 room flat is located in a lovely small town on the outskirts of Munich, in a beautiful rural part of Germany. It is ideally located if you are flying into either Memmingen Airport or Munich Airport. I would recommend hiring a car to get there as it is 6km away from any train station. That being said, you can also hire a taxi for a quick 10 minutes drive to and from the train station, if you prefer. Aksana and Sebastian were there to welcome us on arrival and showed us around the house. They prepared a stack of maps and information on the region - which by the way - is beautiful. Wifi connection was top, the house was spotlessly clean, the kitchen well equipped and the beds were comfortable. We were really glad to have a large dining table for us all (10 people) to have breakfasts and dinners together. We rented this flat during the Okotberfest in Munich and traveled daily into town. It was nice to come back to this haven of peace and quiet in the evenings to re-charge. We would definitely come back again!

We stayed in this apartment with a two-year-old. The spaces were spacious, the area quiet and not far from Monaco. The furniture was a little dated but had everything you need. The hosts are a nice, quiet and helpful couple. There is also a nice dog. We recommend it as a base for visiting the surroundings of Munich and Bavaria.

I stayed at Brigitte's place for 3 nights and enjoyed my time. The room and bed are cozy, the bathroom modern and the kitchen has everything you need. From the train station within 10 minutes you can reach Lake Schliersee and from there a bus goes to Spitzingsee. Munich and Lake Tegernsee can also be reached within 1 and 1.5 hours, so many options for active and cultural offers are available. Shopping is within walking distance, otherwise Brigitte prepares delicious breakfast for an extra charge. It was also a nice interaction in the kitchen and one evening we played board games together. I highly recommend staying with Brigitte and would love to come back. Thank you and all the best!
