In front of the apartment, in winter, there is a cross-country ski trail and a hiking trail. A short 5-minute walk leads to the "Rittisberg," a versatile adventure mountain for the whole family. In winter it turns into a ski resort, in summer it offers a swimming lake, archery, climbing park and a roller coaster track as well as the starting point of numerous hiking trails.

Loft in the studio This stylish, cozy loft in Etienne's studio is located on the edge of the forest just outside Bad Ischl. Art and nature lovers get their money's worth here. Get in touch with the artist Etienne, who paints on the first floor of the studio. The view of the picturesque mountain scenery is intoxicating. From the terrace on the east side, you can enjoy the morning sun at breakfast and have a wonderful view of the garden with a pond and barbecue area.

Kulinarisch, nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß, gibt es ein Café, eine Pizzeria und 2 Restaurants. Oder du holst dir die Pilze und Beeren direkt hinterm Haus aus.

Our apartment is built in 2016 and we loved it to design the rooms, the equipment and the decoration. It´s based on the ground floor of our house and has an seperate entrance, an extra room for skies/hiking shoes, an extra entrance and a directly conecting to the terasse and the garden. The appartement is fully equipped and the overview to the beautiful mountains around you can enjoy sitting on the couch :) Just try and test the "homy" feeling in our house...

Haus Anne

The house is close to Reiteralm Silver Jet ski lift (4 min by car). It is absolutely lovable because of the views and the location. Beside the two double rooms there is a spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen and dining corner. The big balcony is facing to Reiteralm. The place is great for couples, solo adventurers, and families (with kids). Pets are welcome (but we need to charge an extra €50 because of the extra cleaning).

In the stairwell, a ski and boot dryer is available for you and you can access the cross-country ski trail or the winter hiking trail in just a few meters. The sunny balcony also invites you to a lazy day. With a nice book from our library, you will quickly forget the stress of everyday life.

The vacation home dasBergblick is situated in a quiet location and offers plenty of feel-good atmosphere with direct views of the Hoher Sarstein. The Ausseerland lakes and the "Loser" ski resort are a few minutes drive away - snowshoe hikes, walks and bike rides are possible directly from the house. We can accommodate up to 4 people.
