For the short (approx. 200 m), steep ascent to the house you will be rewarded with a fantastic view of the mountains. For loading and unloading, you can drive up to the entrance.

We want to offer outdoor enthusiasts and sports lovers the perfect place to stay. Our location on Roßfeldstraße is the ideal starting point for countless hiking, cycling and ski tours. The newly renovated, light-flooded apartment in the Alpine style was furnished with a lot of love for detail and cozy wooden elements.

Hausberger Alpine Lodge

100-year-old log cabin, which was demolished in the neighboring village in 2008 and rebuilt at our organic mountain farm. Particular care was taken in the use of natural building materials (reed, clay plaster, old wood). Traditional larch shingles serve as roofing. The house is heated by a large kitchen stove and a solar thermal system. The bathroom has underfloor heating. The cozy little house (75 m²) served as our residence for 10 years.

Vacation with King Watzmann

The well-located, newly renovated apartment can accommodate 2 adults (and possibly a child) and has its own fully equipped kitchen, a cozy balcony overlooking the Untersberg, a bathroom and a spacious living and bedroom with double bed. The apartment is also in an excellent, central location within walking distance of many attractions, the train station and the town center. Free parking is available right in front of the house.
